I have had a complete furnace and a/c unit replacement done by Ben. The price was right, the work was professional, and it was completed in a timely manner. Ben and crew do amazing work and I would recommend them for your home when you need to have renovations and/or repairs.

Ben has been doing this work a long time and is very knowledgeable so you can not go wrong when you pick him.

Ben and his assistant Zac were wonderful!!! They saved the day when another contractor left a project at my parents house incomplete and went missing with the majority of the $$ paid upfront. Ben, with his expertise, was able to apply his knowledge and fix the other's mistakes and complete the job perfectly! This business is honorable, fair, dependable, and HONEST! We will use them again with out any hesitation!

Can't attest to his skills as a plumber because he refused the work, but I can attest to his attitude and customer service skills. I called to see if he could come replace our old well pump. Aside from him informing me that he's pretty ignorant in that department (but was on his way to do someone else's), he then refused to come do the job because my husband had already replaced the water tank, pressure switch, and control box. My husband is educated in electrical work and knows how to do these things. Our well pump was stuck in the well and we didn't have the proper tools to get it unstuck ourselves. BUT! Even if we had messed something up inside, is it not his job to fix the things that are broken?!?! And, aside from all of this, as I was asking him why he refused to do the job, he proceeded by ""huffing"" at me and then hanging up on me. When I called back with the hopes that it was just a lost connection, he wouldn't answer the phone! Coward! Rude! I would never count on this man to do a job for me. If he can't even fix something broken in the field he's in, then why is he in his field of work? And when a customer is trying to pay you for their services, you should never be so rude! Quite frankly, I think he was upset that all of that was already done and he couldn't swindle more money out of us... Thankfully for us, we were able to figure it out, but with no thanks from Ben.l
