Received service through HD Partner, Brian was great and install my new replaced water heater quickly. He also provided feedback what to do with our gas radian heat line incase we want to install ductless mini split AC. Overall, we are very pleased with the professionalism and speed of the work!

Brian took a look, gave us the right answer the other guy didn't know, came back and fixed it as soon as the part was available so we weren't stuck worrying about another leak in the meantime. We had broken glass in our disposal, which was jammed and the sink was backing up. Ben was recommended by a friend of our cousin. He took my call, asked me to text over the information (I think he was driving) then called me back and walked me through how to fix the problem myself, which I did with a minimum of fuss. As he put it, ""I may have saved you $160, plus tax."" He did, and I appreciate the honesty and willingness to help, even at his own expense.

Ben and his crew are simply the best. They've done a few different installs and fixes for us over the years. This time they replaced our toilets and bathroom faucets/drains. One of the toilets had a defective part, and the warranty replacement was going to take a few weeks, so Ben found and installed a replacement part from a returned toilet in the meantime so that it remained functional. Once the replacement part came in, he came back and swapped it in.

Ben also fixed a hose bib that would always squeal when the sprayer opened or closed. The cause was mysterious, but he eventually figured it out and now it works perfectly!

Ben not only gets the job done, he also teaches you how to diagnose problems and do routine maintenance. I used to put drain cleaner down our bathroom sinks, but won't anymore after Ben showed me what it did to the pipe threads! Instead he showed me how to remove the cool drain plugs he installed (which pop out easily--no tools required) in order to fish out the hair that accumulates.

Ben is always the guy I want on the job, and for the past couple years he's been quick, responsive, and a professional at the work I've needed him to get done for me. He's the local guy that always has your best interest in mind - for example this last testing work he did, he noticed that whoever performed my last sprinkler testing forgot to turn the system back on! My wife and I became home owners about 5 years ago and, of course, our water heater died shortly thereafter. I don't remember how I found Ben's Plumbing, but I'm glad that I did. They were helpful, got us a new water heater quickly, and patiently answered all my questions. (I know almost nothing about plumbing.) Another time they came to help with some basic drain cleaning, and gave me a bunch of tips on how to deal with some faucets myself. Just tonight I had a problem that had me shut off all water in the house. Ben diagnosed the problem over the phone, and has me flushing toilets again. Plumber's grease. It's magic. Almost as magic as Ben's Plumbing, who I will continue to call whenever water isn't doing what I want it to.
