It's never a good time when you have to call the plumber but Bens makes it as painless as possible. Everyone from the gals who book the appts to the techs who come out are responsive and get the job done. I took one star off because we had one tech who came out and wasn't the best, but every other time it's been a great experience.

John, from Ben's Plumbing did a great job for us, when we had kitchen faucet issues. John was very professional and very helpful troubleshooting and fixing the faucet and valves. Will definitely call Ben's again for plumbing problems.

All's Well That Ends Well

Two toilets leaked, two outside faucets leaked, our kitchen sink leaked, we needed a new kitchen faucet and thus we needed a plumber! I called Hydes Air Conditioning, the A/C firm we use and trust, to get a recommendation. They recommended two plumbers. Ben's Plumbing was one and had the best Yelp reviews. I called them and they came the same day.

After an issue with the initial technician (not quality related), Ryan the owner/manager got involved, listened well, and provided exceptional service and advice. The price was fair.

Ryan saved us a couple hundred dollars by telling us that we could get the newer version of our Kohler kitchen faucet at one of the box stores. He also told us the caulking around the sink (under mount) wasn't needed as a seal had already been created when the sink was attached to the counter. This gave the sink a cleaner look, as the often-discolored caulking was gone.

Before leaving he even helped figure out a temporary fix to a pool filter air relief valve that had broken earlier in the day until a replacement part could be purchased.

Ben's Plumbing is now our plumbing firm.

I woke up to my expansion tank by the hot water heater ruptured and shooting water all around the garage. I called Ben's plumbing and spoke to a very nice lady Cathy. She had someone out within an hour. Isaiah arrived and let me tell you. They don't make guys like him anymore. He was professional, kind and beyond relatable. I actually wish the job took longer because I could have talked to him all day. Knowledgeable, very detail oriented and clean. (The man even wiped down my shelves up high that he noticed water had gotten on). I wish I could give him 10 stars! I found my plumbing company for any and all future projects and I found my plumber! Called Ben's to do several plumbing jobs including running a new icemaker line on a wall. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and said Ryan the project manager would call me soon. He called 1/2 hour later, quoted a good price, and booked me for the next day. Henry was right on time and did the job quickly and efficiently. I would hire these guys anytime.

I had such a phenomenal experience with Ben's Plumbing yesterday! Kathy, in the office called me back right away. I had a pipe spraying water inside the wall and there was water leaking into the hallway. She prioritized my call and scheduled me to be seen promptly. Isaiah arrived exactly when he said he would. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Isaiah! He was professional, articulate, personable, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy! He fixed the problem very quickly and the price was so much less than I expected! Isaiah was spectacular, he cleaned up meticulously after he finished the work. Ben's Plumbing came over to install a water heater right away when another company tried to rip me off and charge me more to install one. Ben's plumbing is reasonable and I would recommend them to do plumbing work at your house.

Our water heater blew late Friday afternoon. Went up to Yelp and saw that Ben's Plumbing had some great reviews. Called Kathy the receptionist who said they were overloaded with some big jobs but understood that water was getting all over the place. Sh sent Isaiah to our home within the hour, despite the overload situation. Within a very short time, Isaiah had the job totally cleaned up and everything back to normal. I have used many plumbing services but I have never seen a company so responsive or this good. Give them a try. . .you won't be disappointed. . .
