I have a vacation home in Palm Desert and so I relied on Yelp to find a plumber to fix a loose kitchen faucet in May. The faucet was installed by another plumber and kept coming loose after about 6 months of use. Ben's Plumbing was very friendly on the phone and were able to send someone out the same day. Ryan came out the same day and did a great job. I think he found a solution that will be permanent. He was also able to do change out my old corroded outdoor faucets while he was there. I'm really happy with the work and the prices charged and will use them again. I have a new project planned in September for them!

I have lived in the desert for forty years.Today was the best experiences we've had with a plumbing company. Ryan showed up at the scheduled time. We had an early morning emergency when the refrigerator water began gushing out and wouldn't stop. We called Ben's in seeing online it was a 5 star operation and now we know why! They have indeed earned their stars. Within an hour John was out to fix the issue. Ben was in touch with us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. We can now feel relief in having a plumber who is reliable and available in emergencies and for other basic plumbing needs. Thank you Ben for providing such excellent service. We will highly recommend your company from this day forward. Make sure to check your waters main pressure valve every so often to avoid unnecessary emergencies such as ours. Always shut off water when leaving for vacation.

I had a clogged kitchen sink, and did all the DIY things possible, but was not able to clear the problem. I called around to several rooter services and the cost were astronomical for the work required. I saw several positive reviews for Ben's Plumbing on Nextdoor/La Quinta, so thought I would give them a call. I got the service and was told I would receive a call back. I barely set the phone down and it rang. I was amazed at how quickly they got back to me. They scheduled one of there tech's (Isaiah) for the same day between 3:00 and 4:00. At 3:30 Isaiah called and told me he would be at my home within 30 minutes and sure enough he was there on time--go figure. Isaiah is a very nice young man and did a great job at my house. He did the work with a great attitude kept everything tidy and cleaned up when he was finished. I thought customer service was a thing of the past, but Isaiah and the team at Ben's has proven me wrong. My drains are running free and the cost was very fair. Ben's Plumbing will always be my first call when I need of any plumbing service.

As a consumer I needed a plumber. I read the reviews on Ben's plumbing seem to have good reviews. Knew the rate was $95 per hour, which was fine. They were prompt came out the same day. Had a leak under the bathroom sink turned out it was a bit of silicone needed on the tubing.Took all of seven minutes and $5 fix paid $105.
Called Ben spoke with him as to I felt as a new customer to build a relationship I should've been given a break on the bill. Ben however gave me the hard hour as to his overhead expenses etc. etc. Being a small business myself we all have overhead expenses I told him. That is not how you build a new relationship with a new customer.
I myself to build a relationship with a new customer would have giving some sort of a small break on the bill. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!!

I won't ever call another plumber! There won't be a logical reason to do so. Ben's is the best! Two leaky facets, each with their very own issues. Ben had me send him a photo of the facets and the pipes under the sink and diagnosed the problem quickly. I needed one new faucet, Ben suggested I go to Costco where he knew they had one I could use. The price was right and the design (a beautiful Grohe) was perfect. I love Grohe products and I love my new faucet. Thanks Ben!
Isaiah arrived to install the new faucet in the kitchen that same afternoon and repaired the pipe under the laundry room sink. Isaiah was polite, professional and explained what he would be doing before he started and he cleaned up after the repairs were completed. The price of repairs was very reasonable and I won't hesitate to call them again.
I love that when you call Ben for help someone actually answers the phone in the office, no leaving a message and waiting for a response later. Within minutes one of the plumbers calls back and sets up a time to come over. For me it was perfect.

Won't call again. I have utilized their services a few times in the past but last one was well below my expectations. Bottom line is that I was charged more than was quoted for no additional work, And, the sprinkler valve continued to leak. I contacted the 3 times to come back out and fix, no one got back to me. Had to contact a competitor and sure enough the pipe was leaking about a foot and a half down. They did not bother to dig deep enough to check the pipe.
