Ben is an absolute professional and did great work for me. I had three leaking faucets and during his first visit, he repaired immediately and let me know that the other two faucets needed parts (he ordered the parts for one, and I elected to buy a new faucet for the second one). He did not charge for this first trip out. A week later, he came back to install my new faucet and was in and out of my house in 30 minutes or less. He'll be back in a week or so to fix my last leaking faucet. Honestly, this whole process has been super easy. Ben showed up at my door wearing a mask on both visits, and given Covid, I'm thrilled that I didn't have to ask him to wear one. Extremely reasonable in his fees.
