We provide boiler, water heater, and water treatment services for hotels, apartments, and restaurant chains in the Sacramento vicinity.

Benrich Service Company is a family-owned business that has been passed down through generations. Since its inception in 1962 by Richard Bendheim, our business has adhered to the values of integrity, honesty, and exceptional service. After Richard's passing in 1985, his son Peter took the reins of the business. Peter expanded the company by introducing new services and launching additional branch locations. In 2018, Peter transitioned into retirement, and his sons Redge and Tanner took charge of the company. With a focus on growth and expansion, Benrich continues to flourish under the Bendheim family values.

We have three specialized service departments: plumbing, water heating, and water treatment. Our service areas cover California and Arizona, with offices strategically located in Sacramento, San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Jose, and Phoenix. With a fleet of over 70 trucks, we currently service over 200,000 apartment and condo units, along with major restaurant chains, hotels, and other clients.
