We provide boiler, water heater, and water treatment services for hotels, apartments, and restaurant chains in the Sacramento vicinity.

As a multi-generational family-owned company, Benrich Service Company has deep roots in the community. Established in 1962 by Richard Bendheim, our company is grounded in a commitment to outstanding service, integrity, and fair pricing. Following Richard's death in 1985, his son Peter assumed leadership of the company. Peter expanded the company by introducing new services and launching additional branch locations. In 2018, Peter transitioned into retirement, and his sons Redge and Tanner took charge of the company. Benrich thrives under the Bendheim family philosophy, with ongoing goals for growth and expansion.

Benrich operates three distinct service divisions: water heating, water treatment, and plumbing. Our service areas cover California and Arizona, with offices strategically located in Sacramento, San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, San Jose, and Phoenix. Currently, our fleet consists of over 70 trucks, allowing us to service more than 200,000 apartment and condominium units, major restaurant chains, hotels, and various other clients.
