We had a GREAT experience with Benoure! Had an appt for our 20 year furnace to be serviced for the winter and thankfully they found a very dangerous condition which could have resulted in serious consequences. The tech that came was upmost professional, Robbie Hamblett came right over to conform diagnosis and educate us on the next process! They brought over space heaters to get us through the weekend, yes they provided the heaters. On Monday morning right on time, four pro installers showed up and installed our NEW furnace and cooling system. Andrew, Nate, Chris and Pickle could not have Been more professional Total respect for us as the customer and extremely hard working. They walked us through the process as it was being installed which was more informative than we expected. Times are tough right now especially with many small companies and employees. Be willing to listen to what they are going through if it does not immediately meet your expectations. Yes, we lived with three space heaters for four days. Not ideal but we made it work and are grateful there are companies out there like Benoure Plumbing and Heating that put the customer first! Thank you to Robbie, Andrew, Nate, Chris and Pickle.....job well done!

Scheduled our furnace cleaning back on September 29th for today between 9-1 since it was their first availability. Called this am to see if they call when they are on their way to my house. Person named Crystal said we canceled our appointment the same day we made it??!! We most definitely did not! We waited two month for this appointment, I took the day off, my husband and I both planned on it today. All she could do was argue with me and then tell me she could book an appointment for mid January. Honestly, I don't even think she believed me!!! She offered 0 apologies. I would have given 1 star except I think the guys who have come over did a good job in the past. I found another company who could get me in much sooner and were WAY more professional!

I will NEVER use Benoure's for anything ever again. I hired them to do an inspection on my furnace for the sale of my house. The first technician said the furnace needed replacement, which is fine, that's not the issue. The issue came when they told the buyers the result of the inspection before they told me. I learned the results via my realtor by way of the buyer's realtor. This is not an honest way to do business. If I hire someone I expect them to contact me first. On top of it all when the estimator came to look at replacement cost he stated that the furnace was fine, just old. I was given the runaround and am completely displeased with the whole experience.

Our heat isn't working in the middle of the winter. My mother who is the account holder who also lives downstairs is out of the country. Benoure said sorry we have to talk to her. Which I get, but it's the middle of winter? COME ON.

UPDATES:

Thursday (minus below zero night): Benoure won't talk to me because my mother didn't give permission. (As if I would be calling for service as a stranger).

Friday (below freezing): Permission granted, but no one available to service Geothermal today, have to wait for availability on Monday. They only have 2 technicians. Was given a number for someone else to service. A former employee of Benoure named Chris (He wasn't available until Tuesday). (Also have to wonder why he quit).

Monday (finally warmed up): Called Benoure at 8:00 am. Still no Geothermal tech available. They said, ""We only have 1 tech, didn't we give you a number for Chris?""

Why Benoure? Why?
Why did you tell me Monday while I wait without heat all weekend, when you knew there would be no one Monday? Just thought you'd pass the buck to your former employee?

Beware! After the warranty runs out, customer service goes down the drain. Seems they are more concerned with up front business rather than actually providing good customer service for the long haul. Worst experience I've ever had. Won't do business with them again.

Do not use. I had a new furnace installed and come to find out they added things that were not needed. The wiring wasn't installed properly. I had an issue 6 months after it was installed and was told by their technician that I needed another $600 part. Called another plumber and he fixed the relief valve for $50. Just recently I am having more work done and have found other things that I was ripped off for. FIND ANOTHER PLUMBER.
