The plumber who came out brought his assistant with him and they took care of my leaky faucet in a split second. I couldn't believe how quickly they finished the job! This business stands behind its work, Mike is very professional, rates are not outrageous like most plumbers, you get an appointment quickly.. Mike did an excellent job fixing my drain stopper, a faucet that was hard to turn on, and the valve in my shower. The valve was my worst problem because I just brought it (a Grohe) for my tub/shower. A few months after the Grohe was installed by the contractor who did my bathroom, the shower handle came off and water could not be shut off. I turned off the water to the house and Mike came out within a couple of days (this was a Christmas) whereas no other plumber I called would do that. He did not even charge me extra. Mike determined the valve was defective and got the replacement from Germany.

One will not be disappointed in hiring this business.

We purchased 3 Toto toilets from Amazon, and when we placed the order, we were given the option to have a local plumbing company do the install. As it turned out, the company recommended by Amazon was Benoist -- a plumbing company I've never used before. Just in case, I checked their reviews on Yelp and was happy to see they have consistently earned 5 stars. We made an appointment for the next week.

Michael arrived right on time and he unpacked the 3 toilets to check them for any damage before installation. Fortunately, they were in great condition.

As the job proceeded, Michael discovered that one of our flanges (the metal ring that the bolts that secure the toilet mount onto) was broken, and that another was bent and unusable. To make a long story short, Michael went WAY above and beyond to make the repairs necessary for our toilets to be mounted properly. Fabulous job!

I already have more work in mind for Benoist (new hot water heater, hot water recirculation pump, etc.), and look forward to the company being my plumber of choice for many years to come.

I hired Benoist Plumbing to install a water circulation pump and a new kitchen faucet. I first talked to Michael on the phone and was so impressed at how helpful he was in explaining the pump to me. I also appreciated that he was upfront with his fees. I called other plumbers who would not give me a ballpark estimate of costs without coming out. If I didn't like their quote, I'd still be responsible to pay for a service call.

I scheduled an appointment and when Michael showed up to do the work he was polite, professional, and very meticulous. He even tried to talk me out of the cost of installing the new faucet because my old one was still in good shape. It just needed one of the hoses replaced. Now tell me, when did you ever have that happen? A plumber trying to save you money? I'd say NEVER! He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was operating properly. I will be using Benoist Plumbing for all my needs in the future. I highly recommend this company.

I found them on amazon as a add-on while ordering a new garbage disposal. Michael arrived on time, was polite and made a huge effort to be as quite as possible to not wake my wife who was still asleep. He taught me a couple things about the new disposal and did a great job!
He even helped fix my faucet on the sink which had seized and was virtually unusable.

I just had a hot water circulation pump installed as I had to wait at least 2 minutes to get hot water. Michael Benoist was most knowledgeable, clean, respectful and so very fair for his fees. Not only did he put in my pump, but also found and corrected several problems I had with water pressure. He did not charge me extra for those issues. He was highly recommended to me, and I HIGHLY recommend him to others. I now have much faster hot water thanks to Michael.
