I don't even want to rate this ""business"" with 1 Star. They are dishonest, rude, disrespectful and actually told the homeowner ""When you own a business, you can charge whatever you want to."" Do not call them for any reason. Some details of the service call: Date and time: 8/17/2020 arrived at 2:30 p.m. to repair a water leak under the home. The homeowner had done the heavy lifting (literally) in order for the plumber to have easy access to the pipe which needed fixed. In under one hour, the job was done. The plumber replaced a pipe, added some plumbing tape and used a brass elbow - that sums it up. The charge: $530.00. Seriously. Everyone agrees that labor will be charged for any service - fine; even a 'service charge' is sometimes expected; tax is a given. In this small town of White Sulphur Springs, WV, some even expect to reimburse a business owner for gasoline from the business to the home. Distance from door to door: 13 miles; gasoline average cost: $1.79/gallon. In this reviewer's estimate, a more equitable total charge would range from $200-$250 (and that is being quite generous). Avoid this business.

Do not use this mans service. Did a septic job for us and was horrible. The job was not done right with busted and leaking pipes. We tried for months to get him to come back and fix it and he either didn't answer or made excuses. The drain field has to be re done costing us more money. Please stay away.

Stay away from this business. They ripped off my elderly MIL and would not answer calls back. Has been reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Be ready to pay $185 an hour for a regular service call!! I was charged $628 for a new faucet and 2 heating elements for a hot water heater. Unbelievable....
