I asked to have the pipe from my shower to the shower head replaced-and my drain unclogged. I havent been able to use this shower in a year. I also had them come to fix my furnace and they said it was another problem. If you use them good luck

Made a dishwasher service appt with a 4 hr window, but no show/ no call after 4 hours, so we called only to find out that their service guys all went home. I patiently made another appt with a 2 hour window, called in the morning to confirm, waited 2 hrs again no show/ no call, so I called only to find out that they moved the 2 hr window without telling us... OK, waited another hr, no show/ no call so called... this time they said they had an emergency call so we would have to wait another two hours. We had to leave so we told him to forget it... he did not say sorry, but instead started lecturing me! Wow, what an unprofessional firm they have turned into... shame!

Come to fix our system, they were at our house for hours trying to fix the problem with no results, told us to call our electrician that it was an electrical problem! Which it wasn't! Then he (electrician) recommended we call Bennett! Well two technicians came today at 1:15 and had it fixed by 1:30! Our technicians were Steve and Anthony, both of whom were professional, courteous and knowledgeable! Will definitely be our go to Company from now on! Thank you for your services

Firstly, the receptionist was fantastic..friendly and prompt in providing a day for the company to come out for an estimate. The person came out promptly when scheduled also and was very friendly and stated the job looked straight forward. They took an email and said they would respond and never did. I called the receptionist to let her know and she said she would relay the message...never heard a word. So, I would be cautious to use this company and get your hopes up. Very unprofessional, not to provide an estimate after coming out...wasting our time.

Extraordinary service by a courteous technician. I had uncovered and unfortunately opened a pinhole leak at 430 PM on a Friday. My ""regular plumber"" was not responding. Bennett was recommended by another plumber I contacted. 1 hour after speaking with Tyler (Bennett's tech) on the phone, he was leaving my home with the leak competently repaired with a soldered sleeve. Tyler presented options for how I wanted the repair completed and even repeated the repair when he was dissatisfied with one of the seams. The cost was reasonable. Best money I ever spent.

This is the Place to Call!

Our 35 year-old heating system was about at the end of life. I had nursed it through the past several winters and we needed a new one. I started the frustrating activity of calling local businesses to replace it. Many would not call back. Some came and produced outrageous quotes. Then I called Bennett Plumbing. They sent Jimmy, who I assumed was their sales guy. He showed up on time, asked all the right questions, and made several very reasonable suggestions. I had to pester them a bit, but eventually, I got a reasonable quote and signed up with them. They gave me an installation date out about six weeks. Exactly on that date, Jimmy showed up to do the installation!

Jimmy, who I thought was just the sales guy, is truly a master of his craft. With his young assistant, Josh, they removed the old gas boiler and gas water heater and installed a new gas boiler and indirectly-heated domestic water heater. He corrected several deficiencies in the old system and left behind a most-professional installation.

I am a retired engineer and have messed with occasional plumbing matters as a homeowner and multi-unit landlord. I think I can appreciate Jimmy's skill. Other than this installation, I have no connection with Bennett Plumbing.
