I find interesting that there a number of 1 star reviews from the same town by people who have NEVER left any other reviews on Yelp and all within the same month/year.

These guys may be good at analysing your water but if you need a repair they will insist you need an entirely new system when simply replacing parts will work. They did this to us twice, wanting to replace the entire water softener system for $1,500 when just changing the control head cost $150. They claim they didn't realize that you could just replace the control panel... Really? When I was out of town they talked my wife into upgrading part of the system so, to avoid conflict, I let them proceed but I told them to save parts for our other house which means a water softener. They did not save the parts which I had requested so we'll need to spend over $1,000 for parts in our other house when we could have easily used the replaced parts. Buyer beware!

Happy to add my 5* review here. They showed up when they said. Were very professional and completed the work when they said they would. The result was a professional installation at a competitive price.

Post sales service has also been excellent with texts answered quickly.

I've hired Bennett and Cole twice over the last 2 years. I've found them to be trust worthy, highly knowledgeable and -- above all else -- able to get the job done quickly. When they're in my house working and that red truck is in my driveway, I'm confident the issue(s) will be corrected the right way. Great customer service (and they actually pick up the phone when you call! Too many plumbers not only fail to answer, but don't even return calls!).
