Chris and crew are the best! From the first phone call inquiring about mini-splits until the job was completed just over a week later, I was super impressed with their professionalism and service! Chris came to my home and gave me a very fair quote for the installation. He also allowed me to use my own trusted electrician, which I really appreciated. Chris did everything he said he would do and he did it ON TIME... something that should be common business practice in the trades (but unfortunately is not), making Chris's service a real breath of fresh air out here in the high desert!

Chris is a lifesaver!! We had the unfortunate incident of dealing with a bad Airbnb guest who clogged our toilet not once, but two times during their stay with us. We've never had a plumbing issue before in our previous years of hosting so when the guests said that both bathroom's toilets and showers were completely clogged and flooding water out into the rooms we were panicking! It was a Friday evening and every company seemed to be closed, until I called Benji's HVAC & Plumbing. Not only did they pick up the phone at around 8pm, Chris was able to get out to the home in around 20 mins! He found the source of the clog and I was super grateful for his fast and speedy service, and being able to come out this late at night. He helped us again on Sunday morning when the guests again clogged the toilet with an exorbitant amount of toilet paper. Chris was super helpful, responsive and had such a positive energy to him as well that in a stressful situation, he was able to keep us calm and let us know we were in good hands. Thank you, Chris!! You are the best!

Chris came out promptly to give me an estimate for a mini split and took the time to investigate why
My evap cooler was t cooling properly even though 2 other companies said it was working fine. He found the basic problem the other 2 could not identify and fixed it right away for no charge.

Getting help out in the high desert is a feat on its own but Benji and his crew was able to get out there the first business day! I was remote but Benji had great communication with an infectious personality and was able to diagnose the issue with the AC with ease. Never felt like I was being up-charged and pricing was more than fair.

Found my new go to AC guy!

Chris is one of those guys you call when you need help. He has done 3 projects for me so far and I don't think we are done!

1. He installed a water softener system. I picked it up and brought it here from home depot. He got all the fittings / pipes to install it correctly and in the same day. It wasn't easy considering the wall was covering most of the fittings. But, he got it done!
2. He installed a reverse osmosis water system under our kitchen sink. Water tastes amazing and the install was super clean.
3. Next i got a hot tub and wanted it installed, the right way! He picked up the breaker box, installed it flush on the wall. Ran the cables through the conduit to the hot tub. Put the hot tub on top of the conduit. Installed a 4-bang breaker in the panel. Turned it on, tested everything, and it works great!

The desert is full of flakes, wanna bees, and people out to make a quick buck on the blowing up rental market. Chris is not one of these people. He is honest, fast, does great work, reliable and I know I can count on him for future projects WHEN they do come up. Houses are like art, they are never finished. Thanks Chris for everything you do. Your regular customers appreciate your hard work. Cheers

Chris cancelled by text just before the appointment they set, writing in part ""I would call someone else if you need it done in the next month. Not sure when we will be able to get it back.""

The reason given was equipment failure on their part, which of course can happen to anybody. Breaking an appointment is one thing, not offering another appointment time -- even weeks off -- is something else.

The 'front office' had made an appointment by phone, and I confirmed by phone on the day. For what it's worth they also got the time wrong for the appointment they cancelled minutes before arrival.

I'm revising down to one star given Chris' writing:

""Thank you for showing your true colors as well. I know not to trust you.""

Cancelling at the last minute is two star service. Calling the truth a lie is something less.

I had a few things in need of a plumber and Chris came to my rescue! Fair pricing and over and beyond normal plumbing - after he fixed my toilet, he cleaned my toilet!

We hired Chris to install a split system and wired 220V outlets for a spa and EV charger. Chris was very professional and easy to work with. He is also very creative and always try to find solutions to solve difficult problems. In addition, his price is very competitive. We will definitely hire Chris again in the future!
