This guy is great! He Drove all the way to Palm Springs to install the sewer lateral in my backyard! He was the least expensive price and the best service around! He was very easy to get a hold of, went out to the property the next day, called to tell me the issue, then made the repairs quickly. Honestly the friendliest and kindest person I've met. I called pretty late but Benjamin's Plumbing was able to be at my home in 20 minutes and talked me through how to shut off the fountain of water spewing all over my lawn. Reliable, efficient and honest. It's not easy finding an honest plumber and Benjamin is that. He gave me a quote over the phone and set a time to come unclog my drains. Benjamin was prompt, efficient, communicative, and very polite in changing out my water heater. He took the time to make sure to get the permit as I requested, and everything was cleaned up nicely when it was all done. He even came back for the inspection. The water heater works great! There was an issue with one of the supply lines and valves, but he took care of that as well, which I appreciate. Most importantly, he was able to get the job done quickly so that we had hot water within a day!

Ben is the best! Water to a 4 plex was out due to a pipe break. When others said they couldn't do it, or wanted thousands of dollars to repair, Ben came after his previously scheduled jobs and stayed until the plumbing was fixed and water was restored to the building. There were tenants living there with children, so I am so grateful he went the extra mile and got the job done. I am a customer for life and will recommend him to everyone I know.
