Ivan from BenjaminBL came just under a day after I called to request a garbage disposal repair. Not only was Ivan extremely fast and efficient, he let me know in detail what was wrong with my disposal and how to ensure the issue would not happen again. On top of that, he was super friendly and very professional. We carried a conversation and I was glad to meet him. Will not be going anywhere else for any further plumbing needs.

We had a valve handle in the bathroom break off at 9pm on a Sunday causing a large leak. Hardware stores were closed as were other plumbers. I called Benjamin BL and they were on-site in less than 20 minutes and fixed it all correctly.
We separately had them come out later to fix some other items. They provided quotes on each piece with a number of options and fixed everything we decided two move forward on quickly that day. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing needs!

Amazing service. My water heater and pipes burst during the snow storm, and Benjamin and his team helped me out. They were super quick and clear with estimates, and got everything replaced really quicjky. Great communication and very friendly throughout the whole process.

I scheduled an estimate with this company. They came out, looked at my well piping, left with the promise of sending us a bid. I never heard from them again. When I inquired, they just said "sorry, we're really busy and can't help you". What? You could have said that when I first filed the inquiry. As it was, I stayed home and made myself available so that you could come and waste my time. Thanks but no thanks.

UPDATE: I had originally given these people a 2 star review for the effort that it took for them to actually drive to my house. The follow up from the owner was the last drop. I never received any invoice. I suppose I was expected to come out the front door waving a 100 dollar bill, thanking them on my knees for their visit. As for their answering service, don't know where to begin. If you want to save yourself a headache and your time is actually worth something, you may want to contact a serious company who will deal with you right. Note to the owner, don't try to cover up your shortcomings by pushing blame on your customers. That usually is a strong sign of a company that is on its way out...

OMG I thought I experienced true happiness when I heard the McRib was coming back but this, this is truly beautiful. Love the service they provides especially in our time of need here in Texas. Also the costumer service is amazing. The women I talked to on the phone dare I say her voice was one of an angle. Great manners I think the best manners. If you go with these people you will be impressed. Also I referred them to my cousins who only speak Spanish and they were able to get the job done. Not only are they great but they are also a bilingual company which is great.

Oh my gosh, talk about an amazing business. This has been the week from hell for Austin. Just talked to Emmerling on the phone. After not having water, I shut off my water and my water heater. So I was calling them because despite looking at several YouTube videos I couldn't figure out how to get my water heater's pilot light back on. So Emmerling was saying that they were crazy busy but she could put me on a waiting list. Totally understandable. As we were talking she said, tell me what you've done so far. I walked her back through what I had done. She said, look, I'm not a plumber, but here's what's worked for me personally. I was ALL EARS. Well, her tips worked. In 5 seconds my pilot light was back on. Emmerling, you are a genius and I can't tell you how much my cat is going to appreciate me taking a hot shower after 5 days.
