I had a very unpleasant experience with BenjaminBL. I was told they could fix my toilet for $650 or replace it for about $880 (plus the cost of a toilet). The plumber talked me into replacing it without informing me that there could be significant additional costs. By the time he was done I was out over $2,000 and still have to spend a lot more money to replace the crappy patchwork sheetrock they put in and fix the new hole in my wall. Save yourself a lot of money and find another plumber.

We had them come out to fix water pressure in our toilet. Our plumber never seemed to be confident in his choices of solutions. He seemed to go through all the expensive solutions first, and they did not work. At the end he suggested to put vinegar in our water because he noticed some calcium deposit at the bottom of the bowl. If you saw that first, why not suggest that to us first since it is no extra cost and shows care? maybe even let us try it out over a few weeks to see if his solution works. If it works, awesome, you saved us money and you now have a customer for life because you earned my trust and wanted the best for us. But no, he charged us over $600 and none of his solutions worked, which showed that he did not care for our finances, only his own, and probably didn't know what he was doing in the first place.

In both cases, they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, explaining the issue and recommended course of action in a clear and timely manner. A young woman answered the phone, and I asked for an estimate. When I confirmed the requirement was to replace the wax seal for a toilet in one of my facilities, and I just needed a price for them to do the work, I was told I wasn't very "nice", and they didn't want my business. I am an owner of a small business, and customer service and professionalism are my #1 requirement when working with vendors. Be careful with the bait and switch when you work with this company. They wanted to charge me $89 just to come out and look; then they would give me pricing. Plenty of other highly rated plumbing companies will give estimates over the phone AND visit your facility at no charge. Thank you, but NO THANK YOU!

UPDATED BENJAMINBL PLUMBING employees like to engage in casual harassment. Erika Moya, who I assume is the person I spoke to on the phone, has reinforced BenjaminBL Plumbing's outrageous unprofessionalism by retaliating and leaving an obviously fabricated bad review on my small business page.

It was evident during my inquiry that this was for my home, so the fact that she was so petty as to try to impact my business negatively is appalling. So glad she spends her time at work cyberbullying people she doesn't like.

I called a few months ago and the company was very responsive. They came out the next day, though that was with a $95 assessment fee. We were estimated $1300 for the materials for something that seemed like a small fix. When we questioned the cost of the project Benjamin stated the cost of materials was increasing. We went to Home Depot later that day and found all the materials we needed for less that $125 and we were able to fix it ourselves. The only reason I give 2 stars is because Benjamin was nice and arrived on time.

Benjamin was really helpful has great communication arrived at agreed upon time. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. If you are in need of a plumber and don't want to struggle I highly recommend calling Benjamin 1st! His reviews speak highly of him.

These guys replaced the washer hook up box in my garage. They answered my Yelp message promptly, came out and gave me a detailed explanation of what they'd do and a quote. The guy who came out the following day did great work, good communication and cleaned everything up before leaving. I recommend this company!

Ivan from BenjaminBL came just under a day after I called to request a garbage disposal repair. Not only was Ivan extremely fast and efficient, he let me know in detail what was wrong with my disposal and how to ensure the issue would not happen again. On top of that, he was super friendly and very professional. We carried a conversation and I was glad to meet him. Will not be going anywhere else for any further plumbing needs.
