Had to call the emergency line last night at 1am. The person who answered was polite and accommodating from the start. He set me up for an appointment today. The service technician Vince came out in the time frame I was told, he was clean and professional looking. He respected my home by covering his shoes immediately which I appreciated. After which he inspected my main drain and told me the price before he started anything. He also made sure to ask me if I had any coupons which I appreciated so much! He then showed me step by step what he was doing and what the diagnosis of my drain was. The only thing that threw me off was when I called the emergency line I was told they would run a camera down my drain immediately, instead it's two separate appointments. Sort of annoying as I work full time. As a new home owner I'm happy to have found someone reliable for my plumbing needs.
