Nicholas Fontenot came to my house to give me a very thorough quote. He explained everything to me in detail by giving me the pros and cons of having a tank and tankless water heater. He talked about inspections and maintenance requirements. I was very pleased with the service I received.

We had a relatively simple plumbing problem that left us with no water. We were somewhat wary of the less than stellar reviews, but they were the first ones we could get out to the house and we went for it.

I'm sure the plumber that came out could have done acceptable work, but due to their corporate policy they will not do any work on older galvanized steel pipe. This would have been nice to have been brought up a head of time considering the vast majority of houses in our area have this type of plumbing, and especially considering the undiscussed service fee. A fee that they collected to come into my bathroom, look at the pipe coming out of the wall, and say we won't do anything. The whole visit took less than five minutes.

Does that warrant a $79 fee for plumbers to come out and not work on plumbing?

My kitchen sink leaked due to it being set up wrong--I've owned my house since 2009--they fixed it and called regent restoration to come out for me.

We had an emergency leak in one
of the upstairs bathrooms and Joe Azcona arrived right away and had everything fixed in a couple of hours. He was very professional and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and how much it would cost. He was awesome and I highly recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Buyer beware. They price gauge you if you live in a gated community. To "fix" simple seals in a toilet costs over $269.... Better off just buying a brand new toilet and not deal with them.

Only interested in scamming customers. Initial plumber requested items to be changed out that didn't need changing. Replacement parts were of cheaper and lower quality then original items. I will never use them again

New home owner, not much experience with regards to plumbing. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing from my experience does not have ethical integrity, employing plumbers or allowing plumbers to use their brand.

My plumber came to assess my issue, paid for a service fee looked around the house, checked the water meter, and water pressure things that anyone can do and provided me with information I already knew. Then charged me for a "diagnostic fee" on top without even fixing or letting me know plumbing issue in which the call was made for. And they wanted to come back and dig up the yard in order to rule out possible issues.

New home owners Steer clear of this company and find a more ethical and family oriented plumbing provider. Benjamin Franklin (depending on the plumber) will scam you for your money.

Oh and called another plumber which is more trustworthy gave me advice over the phone for FREE and said if it did not help they will come out and see free of charge.

I got scammed it is a learning experience for me however I would like to help save other individuals money.

Update:
spoke with the management team. Resolved the issue regarding the Additional "diagnostic fee"
Great management team. Only reason it's 2 stars

But Be CAREFUL the plumbers who go into homes will lack integrity and ethics
