Materials to repair were at most 5$ and time to repair was at most 5 mins. 70$ service call and 300$ for material and labor total 370$ . Very excessive!! 70 $ service call 1 hr time 100$ and 50$ material very understandable .

Had a leaking shower which went to my down stairs. Had a plumber come out. He tore down my drywall to check the pipe. Basically said to call someone else and didn't find the cause of the leak basically. Ended up coming another plumber today and he came down, found the source of leak. Verified it was a drained clog which now doesn't leak. Which in return showed us when it did clog the membrane placed under the shower was failing to water proof. So basically I had a guy from Franklin plumbing punch open my drywall for 200 bucks and told me not much of what the issue was. The guy was nice though just wish they actually figured it out completely and not charged me so much for pretty much zero work and help.

I was behind this van from Benjamin Franklin plumbing truck # 92 and pulled into a Big Y in Mystic , Ct. as he pulled in he proceeded to pull across multiple parking spots, all of a sudden he cuts the wheel and pulls back across the driving lane and almost hits me. had I not locked it up he would have. With my window down I said ""what a moron"".  He then yells at the top of his lungs F**K You. Now isn't that just wonderful he almost causes an accident and he if yelling out F bombs at me...If that is the way Benjamin Franklin employees act in public when they were clearly wrong I wouldn't let them turn off my garden hose let alone fix anything in my house.
I called the number on his truck and made a complaint but I don't really think anything will come from it as they seemed not to want to be bothered. They did admit they could hear him yelling across the parking lot at me while I was on the phone to them. I asked for a manager to call me to discuss this we will have to see if the office cares about people.

I just wanted to express the professionalism and very friendly staff, from when I placed the call to ask about an estimate to the actual plumber coming to my house and installing the plumbimh necessary to install our new gas stove and moving our washer & dryer to the garage. I will mody definitely call them again if i ever need plumbing services again. Thank you guys awesome work!!!!

Justin was very professional from the time I called him late at night when my water pipe exploded until the time he left. I have never had customer service like this in my entire life. he was very understanding and helpful he was on time and complete the job pretty fast for what I thought had to be done. if I need plumbing assistance I will definitely be calling these guys back and request and Justin. if he worked for me I would I give him at least a five dollar raise. this is one of those employees you want to keep
