I came home to find my kitchen ceiling leaking water because of the toilet leaking in the bathroom upstairs. I was nearly hysterical and looked for an emergency plumber. Most places have dispatchers that take messages and it takes nearly 30 minutes until someone actually calls you. I found Benjamin Franklin plumbing by googling emergency plumbing services on the internet. When I called, I immediately reached the plumber on call. He was responsive and was at my house in 40 minutes. When he arrived he was so calm and professional. Jeff Howard easily diagnosed the problem, helped with my collapsing kitchen ceiling light, and fixed my plumbing problem (some more work is required and he will return on Monday). He was efficient, proficient, and just a wonderful workman to have in my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I receieved and I highly recommend this company for any work you might need done!
