Not a great experience. The plumber kept stepping in sewage and walking around in my house. I kept asking him to try to keep the mess contained and his reply was ""I cant make any guarantees. I literally wanted him to stop walking in the sewage backing up and walking elsewhere. No booties, not clean. He was rude and condescending as well. Would never reccomend.

Called and set up an appt for Monday, 11/12/18, at noon. The technicial arrived promptly and assessed the problem. After giving them $200, the tech scheduled (in writing) an appt at 8:30 a.m. today, 11/14/18. My husband received a call stating the tech would not be able to come back today, after the bathroom had been torn apart by this tech. My husband took the day off to be at the house today. I tried rescheduling, but due to work schedules, no one can be at the house until Saturday. So I rescheduled for Saturday, 11/17/18, at 8 a.m. with Gregory in the appt department. We just receive a call that Saturdays are only for emergency calls. So now we have no appt nor do we have a working bathroom. SO MUCH FOR THEIR CLAIM OF BEING THE PUNCTUAL PLUMBER.

Thank you.. I called the other day with a water heater problem and set a picture and instead of you charging me to come out it was an very easy fix just a button that needed to be hit. Little did you know this week was a hard week me and my husband split and i really did not have a penny. I hope this company blesses you to the fullest.

Had a problem with hot water not coming out of a faucet. Through it might be a clog and called Ben Franklin. The guy came out and was able to determine what was wrong and fixed it in 10 minutes. He offered me several options on how to take care of the problem before finding the actual problem. Very courteous and took the time to help. The price of the service call was reasonable. I will use this service again and highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE!! Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Yorkville does not honor their warranty. Initially quoted me thousands of dollars to replace a water heater that was still under warranty (both manufacturer and dealer warranty). Despite having the claim validated by the manufacturer, this location initially quoted me over $5,000 then told me it would cost between $1,000 and $2,000 to fill out the warranty paperwork, repipe the area to accommodate for the model change, and other charges. It was clear that they were trying to RIP ME OFF.

I used the DeKalb Benjamin Franklin Plumbing location who got the replacement water heater from the manufacturer and replaced it for $500.

Excellent experience. I had to have my bath tub drain replaced and a new tub installed and they did it all, at a fair price and in a timely manner. Excellent work Kyle and Ned!

Today I had plumbing service performed by Tony B. of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Tony arrived on time and performed the work desired in a very professional manner. Tony explained everything needed in detail, along with the pricing. Tony is a very friendly and courteous man, and it was a pleasure having him do the work. I would request Tony for any future plumbing needs, and I would highly recommend his plumbing services to anyone.

BEWARE!!!! I would recommend NO one to use this company. A technician gouged a part of our cabinet door while working under the sink. I reported it to the company, sent pictures, and asked for it to be repaired. There was no response after many calls. After I cancelled my monthly payment in their loyalty club, again there was no response or apology. This is how they treat loyal customers and club members. They do NOT value their patrons! One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
