have been using BF ever since I purchased my home in 2005. I recently had a flush lever break on my toilet. Typically an easy fix for most, but I am not much of a DIY person. Called BF and they sent a technician over. Originally the plumber told me it could be fixed but after sending photos to his manager the plan changed. He said since it was an older toilet, they could not replace the part and they needed to replace the entire toilet. I knew this was not true so I called John Moore plumbing. Plumber came over and replaced the lever for less than $100 in less than an hour. BF has lost all credibility and has lost a long time customer. Stay away from them

So a couple of months ago I called these guys out to my house because my water heater stopped working. I told the guy I'd really like to get it fixed instead of replacing it because just a couple of month prior to that we had forked out 6 grand on a brand new A/C system so money was tight. The guy went up into my attic and was up there MAYBE 5 mins. The whole time he was on the phone with some. He came back down and I asked him what was wrong with it. This was his exact words " I DON'T KNOW MA'AM BUT YOU'RE GONNA NEED A NEW WATER HEATER"........... then gave me a bunch of excuses on why we needed a new water heater for $4000 instead of just fixing it.
Are you F***ing kidding me?!?!?!? We obviously didn't get a brand new one. We basically told the guy to go screw himself and get out. My husband went to Home Depot that weekend and bought a $100 part and my water heater works like it was never not working..
This place is a rip off. They are not there to help you nor are they wanting to help you. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!!

I don't know if these guys are knowledgeable plumbers or not. However, I would not hire someone who disregards safety and courtesy when driving through the streets of my residential area. Stop signs exist for a reason.
