Service Fee? The plumber walked in stood and look at it and walked out to call the office. Came back in and asked for 100.00 service fee and a quote for 700.00 to replace a stem on the faucet. This is a bonified rip off service. We will never call this service again

I can't say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!!! My first experience was during the Texas freeze in 2021. I had a leak, my neighbor turned off my water for me and I got on the phone to find a plumber. Benjamin Franklin plumbing came through within 3 days when NO ONE could even get a call back from a plumber!!! Fast forward: I had a recent non emergent plumbing issue. Benjamin Franklin plumbing called me back promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. The technician was professional and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company!!! Hats off to my technician, Tim, who explained things thoroughly!!! I would recommend them to my friends and family!!!

I called the Lakeway Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Just so everyone knows. I was told to sign a 99.00 service even if they dont do anything to your plumping. The young Andy Garcia was nice but waiting for his boss to give me a large 699.00 invoice of replacing two cartridges for my bathtub faucet. My first plumbers was not even that expensive price gouged by the Benjamin Frankin plumbing service is outrages. They took advantage of an old woman. Saying if I don't pay this amount I still pay them 99.00 for doing nothing.,, they make you sign a waiver stating your payment of 99.00 ...right!!! I knew this is a scam. So I declined the work done and will do this with my previous plumber who is honest. Stay away they are taking advantage of poor old people. Do your homework find reputable plumbers in your area. Never will I have anything to do with this company again. Be warned!!

Be warned - this company is price gouging due to the recent weather events, like bad. I paid for my own water heater replacement which is on its way, and they wanted over 2K to install it (still in another two weeks), or over 5K to install their own heater which they could do next week. I used them before and their work was good, but this is beyond morally offensive.
