I have never left a review before good, bad or indifferent but I felt it was necessary to leave one today. So, my roommate and I had just moved into a duplex and immediately had plumping issues our landlord immediately jumped on it. Another plumbing company was called out and I will not use their name in bad taste bc they have my info but they came out twice and then the 3rd time came out and said there was an electrical wire that was shocking them and that they had "never seen that before" so our landlord had to call an electrician whom promptly came out and found NO ELECTRICAL current and/or wire. Our maintenance man whom is NOT a plumber was able to snake it himself about 75ft finding 3 blockages until his snake could not longer reach. He recommended a second opinion and Mr. Chance so graciously came to my door this Friday morning. He was very professional first and foremost, he kept me informed every step of the way showing me when, what and how. And he solved our problem. He was here a few hours but made sure everything was fixed and running before he left! So I highly recommend this company for sure! Again, thank you Chance for the fixing and the immediate response!

this company is a go too company! they came out in a timely manner, and had excellent customer service! they did everything the could to make sure we had a good experience with them and good prices! highly recommend this company!!!!

They did a good job! They offered a quote that entailed cutting out pipe and replacing a cap and stand for clean out in front yard. They were able to reuse existing piece and without cutting out which took a lot less time but still charged quote which I thought was pricey but got it done

Retired veteran - in awe of the cost!

The fact they came out during a busy time due to a cold freeze hence two starts given!

Showed up - 5 -10 minutes to identify the issue said it would be $1200-1500 verbal estimate!! WTH

Ok no just bypass this water conditioner unit and get water running and back on.
15 minutes later and $250 we have water.
Asked to look at another issue with water coming from under the toilet
Said he didn't have time today.

Call another company, a reference plumber also will contact the company for the conditioner.

unbelievable taking advantage of of unfortunate events.
