I am so disappointed with this company seeing all the positive posts. I requested a quote and wanted a leak fixed. The charged was $250+ to replace a couple of springs and a washer in my faucet which I could have purchased a full new faucet at a pro plumbing store for less than half the price. The guy that came took less than 5 minutes to fix and handed me the bill. I asked about a possible leak and got excuses why he couldn't check it will never do this again, put on invoice it was a rebuild? The most unprofessional and expensive service I have ever had. Was never offered the society rate, just poor service! Don't use unless you are ready to pay a huge bill.

This was one of the worst plumbing experiences ever!!! I live in Nashville and I called Benjamin Franklin to find out why my toilet was taking 30 minutes to fill & my sink had no water flow. This guy shows up and takes a look at the toilet & sink in less than 10 mins., comes out and take longer writing up the plan than it did to look at the problem. Tells me my toilet and sink are old and needs to be replace for over $1100 or repaired for over $600 or even better I can join their membership program and they will wave the $59 service fee and repair everything for $425 and they will charge me $8 per month and come out and check my plumbing a few times a year. In all this he never diagnosed the actual problem, but was able to come up with a price! I called Hers & His Plumbing they came out diagnosed the problem, not only fixed my bathroom but a leak under my kitchen sink too. 40 minutes and less than $300 later I was back in business! Ben Franklin Plumbing should be wearing a mask & carrying a gun....cause I got robbed of $59 and 30 minutes I can never get back! As a hair stylist I will be letting all my clients, friends & family know don't waste your time calling Good ol' Ben Franklin.

I'm amending my previous review somewhat. Benjamin Franklin did return my $59 service fee, I guess that's something. However I still stand firm on the rest of my review. How do you give someone the cost of a repair if you haven't diagnosed the problem. I'm not saying you're a scammer, I'm just saying you're displaying scamish behavior.

Haven't actually had any work done by these guys, but they did respond ultra quickly when I did have an issue and helped me get it resolved with the correct company.

I've been searching for a new plumbing company and haven't had much luck until Bemjamin Franklin. Kelsey was awesome on the phone and got me right in. Daniel was top notch w/his knowledge and service. I will be a long standing customer now that I've found a great, professional company!

The plumbers were very clean and professional. They covered their shoes with booties before entering the house, and they covered the workspace with plastic. I was very pleased with their work. The only reason for a four star is the price. While I didn't shop around for a cheaper price, I felt like the repairs were high and that I was trapped into taking the maintenance plan in order to save money. All in all, I would use them again.

Friendly office staff scheduled me a same-day service, received call-ahead that tech was on his way, he fixed the plumbing issue right away. Professional, friendly and not over priced.

John fixed everything and was friendly & professional. I had low pressure in my faucets. John was able to replace my aerators for all my faucets. Thank you!! The works was great and cost is reasonable.

We are selling our house and the buyers inspection turned up a higher than normal pressure on our water line. I called BF Plumbing and they sent John R out to the house to install a pressure regulator. I work from home and our dog, although friendly to people he knows, usually barks non-stop and most people don't approach him. I noticed that our dog wasn't barking and went outside to see what was going on. I saw our tech petting him on the head over the gate. I was extremely impressed with the install and professionalism that John brought to the table but even more impressed that he took the time to let our dog know that he wasn't a threat. I would highly recommend this company. Maybe you will get luck and have John as well.

Want to say that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a Great Company to help in your needs..Ryan came out Sat. Morning on time and fix our problem...He explain everything there was & gave us 3 options to choose on the job...We are very please with his work and his Company..
