Justin and Brian came over to repair our outdoor sink leaking. Luckily, they arrived to our house within several hours after we called. They were professional and courtesy. They patiently explained to us regarding the leaking and repair options. Not only did a good job, they did above and beyond their duty. I definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

had a toilet leaking that i couldn't fix with a new flapper so i called BJP. i was able to get a appointment on the one day off i had that week so that was a relief. when i was making the appointment they told me their price scale and they were having a special to waive their service call charge. Jacinto arrived as scheduled as was very friendly. he looked at our toilet and told us what needed to be done and the price. the price was reasonable so he fixed it right away.

Ben Franklin Plumbing came out, gave me the best quote for the water softener install (with existing pipes), took them a total of an hour to do the job but paid for three hours including parts. The plumber didn't want to wait around to test it and he didn't ask for the manual to get it to go through the cycles. So he never tested the system. I go in the garage and the water softener is filling my garage with water. The job was never completed and now I am sitting here with a non-working water softener and no call when I called Ben Franklin last night at 6 pm to tell them the job was incomplete! Really disappointed. I really liked the plumbers and they seemed trustworthy, but make sure they finish the job before you let them leave because they are NEVER coming back to complete the job, now I am left trying to figure out what to do since I am out $400 and still don't have a water softener working.
