Pinhole leak in wall, leading to dripping from ceiling below. This was discovered on a Saturday but we had a technician at our home that afternoon. He was knowledgeable, prompt in his diagnosis, and had our problem fixed quickly. He cleaned up the area. Very satisfied. Ask for JT.
Called for them to replace kitchen faucet. Scheduled a 8:30 appointment, tech showed at 10am, spent 45 minutes to change out faucet and water valves, which is part of the faucet install. Work took 45 minutes and was charged 339.00. Normal price is 120.00 to 170.00, just be prepared to get ripped off, will never use or recommend again.
I really don t like make bad reviews . I understand people need to make money. But , had a pressure valve replaced on my 23 year-old home $550.00 . Job took less than an hour... I don t really understand why so much . Live and learn I guess...
I received excellent 5 star customer service from Seth Smith at Benjamin Franklin plumbing. He gave me an estimate without any hassle and performed the work as expected and at the estimated amount. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

Christine K.We had service from both Ray and Andrew. Both were thorough, helpful and polite. Very professional.
Melinda S.I am very disappointed with BFP. I was convinced to purchase a monthly ""maintenance "" contract. I did this and was assured that any service call would be free.
Well, NOT TRUE! The last two times I called for service I was assured it was covered but when the technician arrived I was informed it would cost a lot. For a leaking pot filler the estimate was $1500.00. Today for a simple leaking toilet tank $378.00. Even though nothing was done I was still charged a $99.00 service fee. So, not covered for either problem. So just what is. What am I paying for??? What a ripoff this is.
While I appreciate fast and professional service they take advantage of their position by wildly over charging for simple fixes. Because I was reluctant to do these simple repairs myself my wife called Ben Franklin. They charged $425 for 2 hours work using less than $5 worth of parts. A gasket washer on a leaky water shut off valve on the toilet and replacing a dripping saddle (tap) valve on the line to the water heater. I'm still steaming over the cost. Should have got more quotes would have easily been less.
I really hate to give this company even a single star! This company came out to our home twice to do a complete inspection of ALL of our pipes because we knew we had a leak somewhere under our foundation. As part of the inspection we were supposed to receive a video of all of the pipe work which we never received! The issue that was found by the technician that came out was a very tiny crack that my husband could clearly fix himself and there was no need to pay over $1,000 that they had quoted us. A couple of months later we had another plumbing company come out and did the same exact thing and IMMEDIATELY found a large pipe under our foundation that was half missing. This issue is so bad that we are unable to live in our home. How does a licensed plumber miss an entire pipe!!!!!!!! When the issue was brought up with Benjamin Franklin's customer relations/service manager.. EDWIN.. it was one excuse after another! He stated that if we would have paid for the tiny crack to be fixed then MAYBE they would have found the bigger issue. The company could care less about the quality of service that is being provided nor have happy customers!
Megan F.I wish I could give them a higher rating but five stars will have to do! Bryan was the technician that came out and he was amazing, very caring of my house and my pets. They are a bit pricey but honestly for the experience I understand! They really are amazing I talked to two lady's on the phone, Laura and Alexis, both were very nice and gave me good information and times the tech could come out. They came out same day three hours after I called so you really can't beat that! They even tried to get the plumber out there earlier for MY convenience! I will recommend them to everyone!
I had a water pipe leaking in my basement so I called them at 8:00am on the day after Christmas. I asked the person on the phone if they were working and he said they were and would be out between 10-2. At 2 o clock they call me and said they weren't working and that maybe they could fit me in the next day. I told them forget it and that I wanted a supervisor to call me. They called a few days later and I told them I called someone else. I called Roto Rooter plumbing the next day and they were out exactly when they said they would be.
