They were able to fit me in same day to correct a couple leaks in my shower. The gentlemen were very professional and nice. The work was quality, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will definitely use this company again if needed in the future and will recommend them to other people in need of a plumber.
Normally always a quick appointment, always friendly and excellent service at a fair price. Only thing against them was when we asked for an estimate for a bathroom addition in the basement, told it would take a few days to write it up, that was nearly 3 weeks ago, still waiting. highly recommend them for regular plumbing needs.
Scheduled me super quick. Lady on the phone was super super nice!! They came during the appointment time. Mike B and Jeff came out. THEY WERE AMAZING!!! Super nice and respectful of my house. Fixed the problem and double checked everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves too. Great with animals!Such amazing service!!!!
Anastasia P.Ben Franklin is our go to plumber and for good reason! We bought an older house and it seems like every six months or so we need service. Every time we have had them out they are on time, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Last week we noticed a leak under the sink and another under the floor. Fearing the worst we called several companies. The first three told me I had a leak under the slab. This would mean about $30,000 in repairs and almost complete demolition of my home! I decided to hold off until Ben franklin could come out, since I trust them to tell the truth. Long story short, the problem was a broken pipe under the sink. The team they sent to me worked hard, treated me well and FIXED the problem in about 2 hours for only $300! And here I was preparing to get a second mortgage! Almost every other plumber in town told me they would need to jackhammer up my floor, tear down a wall, and replace all my pipes. Always call Ben Franklin first. They're the best people you could ever ask for and they are beyond fair. We're customers for life!!!
Andi D.Absolutely great! Found out Friday night our sewer had backed up into our basement. Called them after hours and someone still answered. Scheduled a time for them to come out on Saturday and they called and were able to come sooner, which was great. Tim was here for less than an hour, solved the problem, and even got everything cleaned up. Cost was a lot less than we expected it to be. Extremely happy! Highly recommend.
My sump pump went out and caused flooding in the basement. The staff person, Tim, was able to come out the same day. Hee was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He was patient with answering questions we had. Pricing was reasonable and straightforward with no additional fees and charges like I've experienced with other companies. He was quick with completing the work and thorough at explaining things. I will definitely be using them again for future needs and would recommend them for yours!
Vogue H.Michael came and fixed the wax seal around my toilet and he was so patient and polite. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
i'd give them zero stars if it were possible...they came out to estimate my plumbing job relatively quickly. the guy said he would have my quote in about 24 hours. well 3 phone calls and voicemails message and 10 days later, they wont quote my job. the receptionist says she cant help but but would ""pass my message along."" horrible customer service. i initially chose them for their high ratings but totally disappointed!! now my plumbing job is not getting repaired and im looking for another company who has follow thru and is interested in a relatively simple plumbing job.
Very professional, knowledgeable and fast. Pricing was fair, although ultimately we need a new toilet fixture. They will be my go to plumbers moving forward.
The work got done, but at a substantial cost. My house is a 1958 ranch. I needed to replace the shut off valves (likely original issue) to the washer-one was intermittently leaking. All costs were explained to me prior to the work being started. The plumbing technician (note, not a licensed plumber) deftly took care of the matter after recommending that he replace both the cold and hot valves at the same time. I estimate it took him less than 30 minutes, including the time it took him to retrieve the parts from his truck. Cost me $430. My other issue was a leaking soaker tub. That took 2+ hours for about the same amount. Note that this is a large company looking to expand into the Columbus market. Whatever happened to mom and pop repair people? I'd prefer that their expansion go someplace else. The work was done to my satisfaction; the technician was pleasant, on time and hard working...the final cost was about a mortgage payment.
