Walter was fabulous! He really put me at ease and was professional, honest, transparent, and simply nice and friendly--he's the kind of guy you want to interface with when cranking out a knock list gor a new home and adding things like a disposal, toilets, etc. I can't say enough about the customer experience side of things...I'm very happy, even spending a small fortune to bring our new (1920s home) place up to code for peace of mind. There's a membership you can get too that combines electric, plumbing, and HVAC to have regular service--too cool. 5 stars!

These guys are THE BEST THERE IS. Friendly, courteous, professional, and will work until the job is done. My dog escaped out the front door the first day they were here, and Matt P. chased him down and rescued him for me...the dog had actually made it to 64!! I mean, that's going above and beyond!!
I can't recommend these folks highly enough.
