very bad well water pump was installed at the end 2018 (almost 2019) works with constant problems and dead in May 2023. We are strongly NOT RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY

Just had Musa install a water purifier on our tankless water heater. What a great job he did! During the installation he identified a potential problem that could likely be a future catastrophe. He fixed the problem for no extra charge. Musa worked quickly. He is very organized and efficient. I recommend him for any plumbing work. My husband has the ability to perform the plumbing installation himself but our condo prohibits owners from doing this level of plumbing work. We recognize the work Musa did was excellent. He also closely inspected all his work just to make sure it was perfect and cleaned up after himself. Also very professional with a great personality.

The technicians are great, but dealing with Kim, who makes appointments and bills, was a bizarre nightmare. Frequent cancellations and multiple delays over the course of THREE Months(!) made it clear that our job was a very low priority. Worst of all, however, was when she called me on a Monday to """"collect"""" on a bill that I had paid -- to her, over the phone, three days earlier! While it was concerning enough that she had no memory of the transaction and had apparently not recorded it, she then proceeded to argue stridently, talking over me and interrupting for 10 minutes, even as I told her I was looking at the processed payment on my credit card statement. When she finally checked -- after 10 minutes!!! and realized her error (apparently they record all calls) she said, oh you did pay. No expression of regret for the error or her behavior. If you value your peace of mind, stay away from this unprofessional and irresponsible business!!!

We just purchased our home and have decided to do some repairs and upgrades to our new home. We had a scheduled appointment for a tech to come and give us an estimate to replace our outside leaking water bibs and run new lines for a new hot and cold faucets to use outside. A couple of hours before the scheduled appointment the tech called and left a very rude voice message because we were in the back yard and didn't hear the phone ring. Before we got the message, he called back again and my wife answered and described to him what we were looking for. Before she could finished, he interrupted and said he would call right back. After a while, he did call back and very rudely told my wife that he had previously been to our house and that he remembered that he just didn't get along with her and therefore refused to come to our house. How can that be? We are new to the area and have never called them for a service call before. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Beware of getting insulted even if you are totally innocent.

Musa was our plumber and besides just showing up (which the Other Company that we had called did not) he was on time, he was professional, obviously talented at installing sinks and respectful of his surroundings. We would definitely call this company again, and we would request Musa.

Beware of this plumber! Their prices are totally out of line. I called was told their rate was $75/hr but when they arrived on site, they told me the repair cost was by the job, which was a crazy price. They should be upfront about their pricing and not pull a fast one. Beware.

Had the appointment, the guy was really nice and professional. Explained the problem, the solutions and what everything will cost based on what I wanted to do. Very intelligent and knows what he was doing and talking about. All in all great service for a great price.

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to see what was wrong with my hot water heater because the pilot light was not working. A fellow came and sure enough the pilot was out and could not be turned on. He said I needed a new heater. He said I'd have to pay him for turning the pilot light on before he could give me a quote to install the heater. Umm it didn't go on. I thought I was hearing things. When I realized I'd been duped, I thought he'd certainly take the $75 from the new charge of $2400, installing a new heater. Nope. Nope and nope. I called the office and they said there was nothing they could do about that. Isn't there a free estimate?! jYes, but the first ticket for $75 was to turn on the pilot light. It was like Abbot and Costello Who's on First. Long story short....not nice, not customer forward and not getting my business. I got another company to do it for under $1000.

Charged $300.00 dollars for """"replace the flapper fill valve tested several times flushed great"""" - the customer was a 96 year old man. $300.00 !! Elderly rip-off.

Called to get estimate of leak in water tank of toilet. With out looking the technician quoted 3000.00, that's three THOUSAND dollars telling me that the toilet was old [circa 1990] and they don't make parts anymore and I had to get a tankless toilet to be in code. Yeah right! Don't make parts. Perhaps a trip to Home Depot or Lowes will change their mind. What a rip off company!
