We had continuous a dripping of water from our water softener. I called several plumbers on a Sunday and decided to have Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Of Santa Cruz come out to diagnose our problem. We made the appointment for Tuesday. On Monday I noticed the water was flowing out of the unit a lot worse than the day before. I called Diego of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at 2 pm and asked him if he could please stop by that day. He was in Santa Cruz, but he could probably tell I needed him to come to my house that day, and at 5:30 pm he was at my door. He diagnosed the problem and had a resolution to our problem within 1 1/2 hours.

Diego did an excellent job and explained to us beforehand what he was going to do. He was also very polite. I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Santa Cruz for future plumbing needs.

The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing team was very communicative with us, both owner and the tech assigned to our project. The tech arrived on time as scheduled, and we had a new water heater installed and running in about 3 hours (including the draining of the old heater). They hauled the old heater and parts away, and left the area clean after their work--all for a reasonable price compared with other plumbing companies in our area that I had called.
