Joey was prompt, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained my issues. The best plumber I've ever had. No one wants to have to call a plumber, but I know who I'll call if I ever have another plumbing problem!

GARREN did an excellent job. Very efficient and professional. I only gave 4 stars because I thought the cost for the replacement of the faucet was exorbitant. $350 for 25 mins of work. That works out to about $700 per hour! I should have been a plumber instead of a psychologist!. But, GARREN gets 5 stars!

They came out to do a repair on the toilet. They replaced the inner parts in the tank. The total charge was $268.50. You can get the replacement parts for $19.99 . What a rip off! The company we did business with is Owens Plumbing D/B/A Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Sorry for any confusion.

Unfortunately a year later, I requested an estimate to install a claw foot tub purchased from a local supplier. Initially I was told they do not install tubs, only connect the fixtures. After they finally decided to send a technician out to estimate the job they gave me a price of $2,160.00. Other contractor estimates were less than half that amount. It was obvious that Ben Franklin had no desire to do the job. The tub was installed by another contractor with absolutely no installation issues.

Arrived in a very timely manner, was courteous, did excellent work at reasonable price. I will certainly call them back next time I have a plumbing problem.

Robert and Danny were here today. They were friendly, knowledgeable, very respectful. The worked hard and did a great job. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them for any plumbing job. We will definitely use them again.

We had a pipe burst today. We live in Lauren's .Called Ben Franklin they said the earliest they could come out would be Tuesday. I talked to Kerry she said if you need help getting the water turned off just call the town. We did call the town and get the water turned off however we now have no water to our house. The ad posted for emergency service is false. To tell us to just wait 3 days with no water is pathetic. We also called the Greenville office and spoke to Stephanie. They also refused to come out and help us..This is definitely a company I will never use nor recommend to anyone.

Contacted Benjamin Franklin plumbing yesterday when our 15-year-old 60-gallon gas water tank stopped producing hot water and began to leak. Eddie came out and checked the tank and validated the need for a replacement. He checked our existing plumbing delivery and recommended either a tankless system or another gas water heater. He provided pro's and con' s with both. We decided to proceed with a new vented gas water heater which Eddie and an assistant installed this morning. Hot water was flowing again by early afternoon.

Tankless water heater stopped working. They were able to send someone shortly after calling. They were able to fix it with a reset and identify the error code as an issue with the vent. Turned out to be a wasp nest. We took care of the nest so they only charged the $50 service fee which is very reasonable and cheaper than a similar service call would be in Buffalo NY
