I have the maintenance plan with Ben Franklin and Josh came to do the water heater check and maintenance. He did a great job - very professional and customer focused. He not only checked the water heater but checked all the plumbing in my house to make sure there were no issues. Great experience!

Leroy Steele came to repair my continually running toilet. He was prompt professional and courteous. I always use Ben Franklin Plumbing for my repairs.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing sent a tech out to do an annual maintenance on my water heater. Josh called me before my window an arrived promptly.. He not only did the water heater inspection, but also checked all the other plumbing in my house.
Couldn't have been more professional and even my kitties liked him. Great service experience.

I called for some routine replacement of siphons in 3 toilets. The receptionist said the TECHNICIAN would be out after 3:00. Showed up after 5:00. I explained my problem and he pulled out a slick folder to give me my options. First was $257 per toilet, second was $166 and third was $103, He also said he could replace all three toilets at $450 plus each. He focused on the $257 each. I balked and he said others charge much more. I said I will pay the service charge but am getting a second opinion. All of a sudden he could do the job at $103 each if he cleared it. Called the boss but no answer so because he wanted to help he would do it at the lowest price. These so called technician plumbers work for a predatory company that takes advantage of people. Run from them.

Pilot light on hot water heater will not stay lit. Called at 7:30am Friday morning , was given a guaranteed appointment between 2-5pm for same day, at 4:45 they called and said plumber would be after 5pm. At 8:00pm he showed up, $49 to come in the door, and $169 to tell me what is wrong. So at 8:30pm what else can you do? You might as well hold a gun to my head. This is a total rip off and a bad company to treat people like this. I will never use them again and tell everyone I know of how bad my experience was. Oh, and the guarantee appointment means nothing, because if they call you and tell you that they are going to be late, in their opinion it gets them off the hook for not getting there as promised. So based on the fact they called you they don't have to honor their on time guarantee. What a joke and a rip off.

Can't give a zero. I took a day off from work as I had a 11-2 window when they would show. Never showed. Called at 1:30 as I had to leave the house at 2 and they informed me that they would have to reschedule. No thanks. If you can't manage scheduling, what makes me think you can manage a project. Off to the next plumber. Delete this plumbing company!!!

I have had service with this company for years and until lately did not have any issues. Last month I had to have a new sump pump installed. I came home last night and found that it had stopped working. The plumber who came out on an emergency basis did not have a replacement on his truck but I was promised that he would come back before noon to replace the pump (under warranty). The plumber from last night did call and tell me that another tech would be coming out as he was booked for the entire day. The tech, Alex, was rude and condescending. He acted as though the fact I was a female that I did not know how to test the electrical outlets to make sure the pump had power. I informed him that both I and the other plumber had tested them, and he ignored that fact. When I showed him that the outlet was operating correctly, he finally conceded that the pump was defective, and then wanted to know if I had time for him to replace it. (All this after I had to call in and let my boss know that I probably would not be able to make it in to work because I had to wait to have this issue corrected.) He then proceeded to take his time to replace the pump. I will be looking for another company to service my home if this is the type of employee that the company sends to resolve warranty or any other issues.
