My pipes froze about a month ago and these guys came right out and diagnosed/took care of it within 2 days. I would give a 5 but they cut the internet cable (accidentally) while they were putting in the new water line we needed and so I had to get that fixed as well. But I am having them come back this week for some maintenance work, so overall I am happy with their service.
This probably is my first time to write a negative comment about a service provider because I feel strongly I have to. My curbside water meter showed water leak somewhere within my Ocean City property so I called this company as I had used them once before. Two fellows came. First they said the underground water pipe could be cracked. After I suggested them to shut off house-entry water valve to test, they then told me that your water heater could leak internally because of failed thermostat and started convincing me to purchase a new heater from them. Long story short, I ended up with paying them an evaluation charge, went online to find out what might cause water leaks in a heater and replaced failed T/P valve myself with a cost less than $20. If you can find another plumber, don't use this one!
After they came out to evaluate the the lack of hot water issue, several days (10) and many calls later, I found another company who actually seemed to care. The other ""First Class"" company installed a completely new system, and will continue to get all of my business and recommendations in the future!!!
