I have used Benjamin Franklin plumbing and One Hour Air for the past 4 years. I've purchased a dehumidifier for under my home, multiple service calls and have been part of their service plan. I also used them for a pipe that burst last year. I work nights and when I came home Monday morning, I heard water running and after not finding any water running in my home, I found a pipe had burst underneath my house. I immediately called Benjamin Franklin plumbing that Monday morning at 08:30 and was told the earliest they could arrive was Wednesday or Thursday. I called 2 other plumbers in Cookeville, whom I've never used before who were willing to come that morning. No customer loyalty when you need them the most!

Really appreciated all Olivia did for us on 10-16-2020. Found the hot water tank had a slow leak. She found the issue. We needed a new tank and she answered all our questions. She and Josh returned on 10-19 to install our tankless water heater. I was really glad to see her on Monday. She is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Josh did a great job also. Would recommend them. Thanks for all you did for us.
