Terrible customer service. Called and talked to the agent for 9 mins and gave all the information. He promised that he would send a technician next day . The next day when called to follow up, I was surprised and the lady said they have no schedule till next week which is terrible after promising next day service. The excuse she gave for this blunder that their customer care guys have no access to scheduling. So if they do not have access why even they are receiving call and promising services? Not even worth a star....

I've used this company twice before at my daughter's house and service/pricing was great in 2020, I just used them again today to hook up a new sink/vanity at our new condo. Shame on me for not asking for a quote first - $89 travel charge, and $175/hour. The tech did the job just fine, but I was told he would arrive yesterday between 11am-1pm. I called their dispatch and was told he's running 30 minutes late. The tech called me 2:30pm to then tell me he's not coming at all and will reschedule for 9am today. So I lost half a day waiting for the tech. Today he arrived 9:15am, and completed the job within 30 mins. When he presented the invoice, he made sure I understood that prices were raised because of 'Joe Biden' and 'everything else going on'. Do your diligence and call other plumbers for their travel/hourly rates and hopefully their techs will leave politics out of their conversation. I have three more plumbing projects in our new condo and am not using Ben Franklin again.

We had a great experience with Derek & Aaron just yesterday. They were friendly, professional, courteous , solved our issue quickly and even helped diagnose some issues that I could resolve myself. They set me on the right path to fix an issue that another service had quoted several hundred dollars to repair. These two definitely created a long term customer with the visit yesterday. By focusing on helping me out instead of charging me the maximum amount, I know that Benjamin Franklin is a company I can trust next time I have a plumbing issue.

I called them on Tuesday to schedule having a new dishwasher installed. They said they could do it today (Friday) between 12 and 2. I asked how much and was told the installer would give me a price when he arrived. I said ok as I had used them once before and thought they were reasonable. First I got a call this morning saying they were backed up and could not get there until 3 or 4pm. At 2:40 I get a call from the installer who said he is on his way and did the office give me a price? I said no that you would. He said their cost to install in a dishwasher is $549.00, almost as much as the dw. Having shopped around i knew prices ran between $150 and $200 for a job like this. The installer knew the price without stepping foot in the house, why didn't the receptionist. So beware. I know some people swear by them but this is crazy. UPDATE: After posting this review I received a call from the owner of the company. He profusely apologized for the disconnect between the office and the technician. He offered a credit towards future work. I will consider Ben Franklin in the future but will also shop around.

10/10. Kyle called ahead prior to arriving and was on time for the apt. The technicians both wore masks, as a RN I was very impressed. They were both very kind, professional, and completed the job quickly. I'm very thankful I found this company! Also, when I called to make an apt. I was able to do so in one phone call! Many other companies play phone tag; the lady in the office was also very pleasant and professional. Excellent safety protocols and great customer service. You won't regret calling them. Thank you!

We had old compromised sewer drain pipes that needed to be replaced, but were worried that with the COVID epidemic brewing we weren't able to get the job completed in time before the lockdown. The folks at Benjamin Plumbers were hard working, friendly, and stuck through working 10-hour days till the job was done. The whole time they were keeping me informed of the process and answering any question I had about the job. Despite setbacks and complications, they stuck to their quoted price and got the job done on schedule. I'm keeping their number saved in my phone for any future plumbing issues.

As an out of town landlord, it's hard to find someone you can trust. Ben Franklin Plumbing is my new GO-TO, FIRST CALL service! Super responsive to emails and phone calls and was able to get there the same day without an extra fee. Quoted me numbers up front and actually came in a bit lower for final bill. Kyle called to let us know he was on the way and then called again to explain all the issues and what he was doing to resolve them. Our tenants are thrilled! Thanks again!

I have been trying to have 2 leaks fixed for a month. I suppose the job was to small for other plumbing companies? Not for Benjamin Franklin plumbing! I was given an appointment immediately and they came out on time and fixed the leaks in a jiffy. Ricky and Tommy did such a professional job. What a relief! The price was reasonable. I will hire this company again with no reservations. I recommend this company to anyone who needs clean, courteous and skilled professionals to take care of their home.
