Pushy tech trying to upsell anything and everything. Only real issue was blocked drain, and a wee bit low on refrigerant. Tried to convince me we needed a whole new unit. Told me unit was 10 yrs older than it was, tried to scare me into additional installation of monitoring device and on and on. Very disappointed.

Stay away. Charged me $450 for 45 minutes of work at which point they stated they couldnt fix it. The gentlemen that did proposals was off over the weekend, so we had to go with a different company to fix the problem. Called Artie and he wouldn't adjust the $450 down even though the tech was here for 1.25 hours less than the 2 hour minimum I paid for and didn't fix the problem. Classic cash grab company. I had another company come out and make the same determination for $85, and finish the work the next day. I understand companies have minimums, but $450 for 45 minutes of work is a bit excessive. I would look elsewhere for service.
