Had a problem with the toilets backing up on a Friday evening. Called and left a message around 6:30 pm. Followed up Saturday morning. They got someone out by noon and got the problem fixed right away. Wow! Still had to get the septic tank cleaned out but the toilets were working till that could be taken of.

I asked them to replace a pipe leak in the attack, a leaking toilet and a shower that wouldn't turn off. The came and promised to come the next day with each task costing about $840. Also they wouldn't repair my toilet unless I cleaned it. The next day they called and said they decided to work on another project. I complained that I really needed the shower fixed at least so they sent over a young guy... took about 15 min. The next day they sent over two guys. I had to pay while I was at work. When I got home the toilet tank was empty. I turned on the on/off valve below the toilet and water went spraying all over the bathroom. It was about 1/4 inch of water on the floor before I got it turned off. Apparently, they didn't bother to attach the hose to the bottom of the toilet. Was it worth about 1,400?

This company charged me $850 to auger out my plumbing service. It was on a late Friday and my tub was filling with black water, and so was my toilet -- about to flood over. They came quickly but after relieving the overflow issue, told me my entire system needed to be augured out and it would be $850. Wow! That's my mortgage payment and being a single woman on a fixed income, that was a shocker. I felt I had to do it so did it. Then 2 mos. later, sink stopped up and called them, and they said sinks were not included in my warranty ?? Why have a plumbing warranty on augering out entire system and then sinks are not covered? Plus, saw a friend had another plumbing company come out who augured out her system for ONLY $150. I think they took advantage of an old woman and charged me way too MUCH !
