This was and not the last time I plan to use Benjamin Franklin. From making the appointment to the technician William Nixon, the service was first class. Mr. Nixon, awesome personality, he truly cares about his work. He ensured I was briefed on every detail and answered all my questions. I truly wish all technicians could be as professional, well-mannered and proficient in their respective field. If you have any plumbing issues, please call Benjamin Franklin...if you live within the 20148 community, I highly recommend Mr. Nixon.

Once again, Benjamin Franklin provided excellent service. William performed a full inspection, recommended but didn't pressure some fixes. I decided to get a new comfort height toilet (best decision I've made!) and also scheduled the work from the inspection. Extremely happy with the service provided as well as the experience from scheduling to completion was outstanding.

Called service for a faucet leak, paid $150 and still had a faucet leak afterwards. I would never patronize this business. Good news is they responded the same day which rates the 1 star.

We have used Benjamin Franklin services many times and they really are the best! This last time (today) Liam, who was very professional and knowledgeable, was spot on with his diagnosis of the problem and with fixing it. I am 3 hours away from my condo, but I am very comfortable knowing the job was done well and the problem was solved. We love Benjamin Franklin and will continue to call them when we have an issue.

Excellent service, price, professionalism, etc. Called for a toilet repair. The service technician arrived wearing a mask (very good to see). He quickly diagnosed the problem, discussed the proposed fix with me, and did the work efficiently. The technician discussed ways to prevent problem re-occurrence, with cost estimates. No up-sell pressure. Will use again.

Our hot water heater was 16 y.o. and it was time for a new one. Josh came out to give us a quote and explained our alternatives. The price was more than reasonable. We scheduled installation for the following week and Josh came back to install it. Installation took the better part of the afternoon, but now we have all the hot water we need.
At all times Josh wore a mask and shoe coverings. He cleaned up after himself and kept us in the loop regarding the installation.
I have been doing business with Modern Mechanical HVAC and plumbing and have NEVER had a problem with them. The only time I had an issue, they resolved it immediately.
I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I was already a customer of One Hour Heating and Cooling, which is Benjamin Franklin's sister company, so scheduling my repair (clogged sink drain) with them was easy. I like the Modern Mechanical family of companies because they have excellent customer service and don't try to sell you on anything you don't need. The communication is excellent and the service call was above expectations.
