Mark C.$500 and three hours to tell me my septic needed to be pumped and I had to clean up all the s*** water they spilled that drained into my basement and onto my electronics work bench area. Should have called my regular plumber, they would have told me over the phone what was up with two questions and been upset I was bothering them with silly stuff. People buy franchises to make money - and apparently they do.
