Liz M.When my drains became clogged, I contacted this company on the recommendation of a friend, who said they were good but expensive. Their website didn't say anything about calling before the truck headed over, so I waited with my dogs outside the house for 20 minutes for them. When I called the plumber he told me he didn't come because I didn't answer the phone. Then came over and gave me an estimate, but he broke one of the pipes as he was doing the work and ended up charging me much more than the estimate. He said it wasn't his fault the pipe broke because it was old. He also didn't want to give me the discount for being late, but after I insisted he ended up giving me about $60. When I called the owner he wasn't at all apologetic about the wait. I ended up paying over $300 for this job. I would not use this plumber again. I didn't get the service I expected and it was very expensive.
