The guy that came out didn't want to do things I'd been told he'd do like put 2 new sprinkler heads on. Fix the rim jets in toilet. I'm handicapped so I can't do these things. My 13 year old neighbor boy came and did them.

I call these guys out to give me a hand with a rental that I have. The renters said they're having a small flood in the basement and that it was coming up the floor drain. Benfranklinplumbing came out augured the mainline and all the crap water went down the drain. Then they recommended another company to come out and clean up the mess which I think was called All-Star something or another. When everything was said and done I was very happy with the experience and it didn't cost me as much as I thought it would about 250 bucks and they were the first ones to be able to get to me. In the end if you need a plumber in northern Utah County I'd recommend these guys. Tim

We called on a Tuesday afternoon and they scheduled a plumber to come out the next morning for an install job. The plumber arrived on time and put together an estimate for the work involved. We thought we'd have the parts and materials ready for the plumber, but some things were still on order so he agreed to come back the next day. He was very helpful in solving some issues we had with the thickness of our granite countertops and dealing with our faucet that wouldn't work with that depth. He stayed late to get the work done and was very friendly. We would do business with this company again.

We bought a house and my wife started the water for her first bath. The water came out a disgusting combination of yellow and brown. We called BF Plumbing and they were able to fit us in that day. Allen Berg did a great job, was very knowledgeable, polite and finished the water heater exchange flawlessly.
