Good plumber but VERY expensive. One plumber arrived and evaluated our situation with running a water line from our sink to our new refrigerator and said it would be an all day job and cost over $800 since he would need to drill through some cabinets to run the line. He said he would come back the following day to do the job. A different plumber arrived a little late the next day who did do a great job and was very pleasant. However he was only there for about 2.5 hours and still presented us with the bill for $838. Allowing for parts of possibly $100, that comes to about $280/hour. Needless to say, I won't be calling them again.

It's true! On time or its' free. Missed my appointment and offered me $300 credit. My bill was more and they waived the balance. All three technicians that I have met; Cree, Nick and Ben were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

On New Years Day our Water Heater Stopped working. I called Saturday and Spoke with Oscar. Oscar was able to get us a Sunday appointment. On Saturday Carla called and was able to give us a
Saturday appointment, as there was plumber in our area.
Steve M. looked at our 11 year old Water Heater and determined we needed a new one. After explaining the various Water Heaters, we chose one and Steve was able to install it on Monday.
Steve's Customer Service was wonderful. He is very Professional, Knowledgeable and arrived on Time. He also showed my husband why we needed a new Water Heater.
Being a retired Customer Service Representative, I will definitely recommend Steve and Ben Franklin Plumbing.

Dear John,
Trust me--I never write reviews. But I had to tell you how pleased I was with Arias and the service he delivered. He came to my home to do the yearly check of my Tankless Water Heater. He immediately found that there was a problem and that my Tankless Water Heater was not working properly. So for a full year my system was not in good order. He asked me what I was told about how the system worked. All I was told was to turn it on. He said no you turn it on, then shut it off. That gets the system up and running. If you are taking a shower. Go brush your teeth. Then turn your shower on and it is ready to go. He asked how many manifolds do you have? I told him one in the bathroom. He said you should have two. Unfortunately, he did not have one to install in the kitchen. So he had to come back. On his second visit he installed the second manifold in the kitchen. Now my Tankless Water Heater is working properly and I have Arias to thank for that. He is Pure Gold! He is the only technician that I want to inspect my Tankless Water Heater in the future. He definitely knows his stuff. Very professional, too!

Office is so poorly run by Susie I moved to another plumbing company. After Benjamin Franklin sent out a plumber I was going to hire for a $2000 job, they called the next day eight (8) times to my office, my cell and my husband's office. Very unprofessional!

We hired Ben Franklin to run and hook up a new gas line for our new bbq island in the backyard and they did not disappoint! They sent out a plumber named Aris and he was awesome!! Fast, clean, and efficient! We will be using Ben Franklin for all our future plumbing needs. Would definitely recommend!

They replaced my water heater 3 years ago and yesterday the burner went out, today I have a working water heater! The plumber was wonderful! There was a slight noise, a problem with the new replacement unit, not his fault but he went back to his truck and found a new part and fixed it... he was worried that the water heater is close to my bedroom and the noise would keep me up at night...you can't find honorable people like that anymore.

I needed two bidets installed. Initially I asked Legit Plumbing to do the work (see my review of them) and they totally dropped the ball. So I called Ben Franklin plumbing and scheduled an appointment to get this done. The plumber who came out, Steve, was very professional. He wore gloves while doing the job as this pandemic warrants care not to expose others to the virus. He completed the job in a very competent manner in about an hour (Legit Plumbing took TEN HOURS-and still couldn't do the job). He also made a minor adjustment to my toilet to stop it from running. I have always been happy with the quality of work performed by BF plumbing and would have given them five stars except for the fact that they are so darn expensive-about $425 for labor for about an hour (I supplied all the parts). I wish they would address that part of their business.
