I would never and could never recommend anyone who won't return a phone call.

this guy was recommended through our Next Door community page; and I don't know why. I guess if he finally shows up perhaps he does good work. I wouldn't know.

I truly believe in small, local businesses. I would rather hire a one-man shop than a big company. Well, I used to think like that. It may be well worth paying a few extra dollars to get a place that has someone answering the phones, returning calls, and getting you on a real schedule and then actually showing up.

Bless you, Ben Franklin. You are obviously doing so well you don't have to take every job that comes your way. You may however want to change your business model to actually call people back to say you are too busy; that would really help people who sat around all day with a busted pipe, waiting/hoping you would call back.

In the spirit of full disclosure, I am amending this to reflect I received a call back at about 11 a.m. Monday. I simply told them I hired someone else; I was not mean, nasty, or angry...nor did I ask them why it took so long for a call back.

if they do not take calls on the weekend, their info should state thus. That is perfectly acceptable; you just HAVE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THIS

Stay way clear of this guy. He plays the bait and switch game and the quality of his work is absolutely horrible and sub-standard! He talks a good game but once he gets in, he up-sells you and over charges you.
Also, he doesn't even have a plumbing license. He gets away with it because he uses some one elses license, He is learning plumbing as he goes along.
