Jim B.Have to say very happy with the service. Called this morning regarding 1 major leak and one minor. The plumber got here as soon as he could which ended up being after 4 pm. (Not saying the arrival time was a problem he showed up the day I called) I'm very impressed he tackled our issue and worked as late as he did to get it done right. Tom B was very friendly, very helpful and put up with 3 screaming kids surrounding him as he did his job. Very happy with Tom and if I ever have another issue, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing will be my first call with a special request for Tom to come back out. Thank you guys again
TOM B.First, two different plumber technicians came out on two occasions to fix our master bath tub, and after paying $124 for the repair, the tub still does not work. Second, I needed a rather simple repair done on our kitchen sink, and because the technician could not figure it out, they charged me $762 for job that should have cost less than half that amount. Lastly, I needed a letter documenting another repair they did to present to our insurance company, and though they promised it for 2 weeks, then never provided it. I called and left a message for the OWNER OF BENJAMIN FRANKLIN PLUMBING, and could not get a return call from him. I recommend that you stay FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENTS.
