When you ask for something specific and the tech shows up and does whatever they want to simply charge you more there is an issue. Expect to pay more than any other plumber you hire, expect to supervise the tech, and especially expect to try to be upsold on things you do not need.

Brian came out for an estimate On a drainage system.Very friendly guy. He spoke like he already had the job. I did like his enthusiasm. Said I'd have the estimate in a few days. Almost two weeks later received an estimate for $19,000. We had another company give us an estimate for $6000! When I called the phone number on the estimate to discuss it I was never allowed to speak to anyone. They would "" call me back"" but never did. If you don't want the job just say so. My husband will now do the job himself. Probably less than $1500 in supplies but labor intensive due to digging. Definitely not worth $19,000. Dover Delaware

BJ serviced me within 2 hours after I called. The service was for my reverse osmosis system. If you've looked at any of my other reviews you know I've complained about the service people settle for in Milford. That's IF you can even get a company to come to Milford! Carlos was my Tech. He followed all Covid guidelines, explained what and why for everything he did. I received a fair price, and quick great service. Finally Milford we have a company that actually delivers service!

I had used Ben Franklin Plumbing several times in the past five years plus. Not anymore! I called the BF plumbing number this past Wednesday to try and set up an appointment concerning garbage disposal repair and sink plumbing I initially got a very nice lady who found my account, reviewed it and said she found I had a maintenance contract w them. Which was true. I set up an apt fir the next afternoon. Thanked her and hung up. Within ten minutes got a call from Catherine for BF who proceeded to back out of everything I had just heard and set up. I told her this is outrageous. I thought youngest reputable. Cancelled. Called back thirty minutes later to speak with a supervisor. Got the same Catherine. Said she would register this as a ""customer concern"". I told her. No it is a customer Complaint.
I was told my complaint would be forwarded to George and he would call me back

It is now Friday
Two days later
Good thing I didn't hold me breathe

George never called

I called Benjamin Franklin this morning
Asked to speak with a supervisor
Was told George had seen my concern. Corrected her and said it is a complaint
Told George said he would call me back

It is now two hours later.
No call back

BF service has deteriorated
They can't be trusted .

Find another plumber
BF ain't worth it

So far , so good . Very polite plumber came and did the work. problem is, with a big company like this, you might get a different person every time. I hope they send the same person next time so we know what we are getting. A+
