We had a small water heater that needed replaced in our office. They were there same day, went through some options due to the limited space and location of our water heater. Gave us a couple suggestions on what they recommended, had the new one installed the next day. Nice to be able to have hot water during the cold months for sure. Professional staff, very courteous. Do not use this company. I had a basement flooded because of failure of sump pump. They came to repair it. One week later, water came up from sump pump again and I kept calling them on that day.Some one said they will call me back soon. But no one replied my phone call on normal business hours. My basement flooded again on that day. Horrible Service!!!

I hired BF to fix a sink that wouldn't drain. They gave me a 4 hour window. Then, 15 minutes before the 4 hour window was up I called them to find out if they were coming. They had somehow missed my order. I was furious. I hired someone else. Then, the following day they called me to apologize and they offered to pay for the plumber that did the job! I was impressed. I cancelled the guy who was going to do it and gave BF another shot. They fixed it same day, replaced some parts and never charged me for it. I will call them again in the future.

So glad I did - Bryan came over, same afternoon, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and referred me to a company to prevent further water damage to my basement. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of this company. Matt explained everything to me in a way that I understood. He took pictures of the before, during an dafter work done. The work involved many hours of labor to break up concrete, dig ditched and install an ejector pump. The house was left very clean afte everything was completed an his prices were very fair. Although he looks very young, don't let this fool you he is very knowledgeable. My home is in Monticello on Lake Shafer
