Great service today by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Old fixtures in bathroom needed to be replaced. Had very quick service by two very professional and knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend this company. I called Thursday afternoon and job was done next day by 1:30. I am so pleased!

I wanted to update this review in case anyone is considering this company.

I got in contact with the management and they still wasn't helpful. Like I said, if you're looking to give away hundreds of dollars for no reason or overpriced replacement costs (it's literally in their name) then this place is for you.

I am so thankful I found another plumber who did an amazing job!

Had pinhole leak in supply tube to hot water heater. Needed to replace 6 inch copper pipe section. Took technician 20 minutes to replace . Cost $500. ZERO stars

We hired Ben Franklin (BF) plumbing in March 2024 to install a water softener and Reverse Osmosis (RO) system. Both very simple plumbing activities. Water softener was done correctly. The RO system was installed...terribly with zero accountability. BF told us it was installed right, then when water wasn't working right blamed the system. System that we bought said it was clearly installed wrong just through photos. BF said they were right and didn't do anything to help us out for their mess up. Today after 6 months of not disposing of the bad RO system that BF messed up. Got a new system installed by a TRUE PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER. As they were taking out the old unused product, they said whomever installed previously BF did a terrible job. Benjamin Franklin is AWFUL! NEVER USE THEM. No accountability and paid them close to a $1,000 to have them mess up by $400 RO system. Screw this company and their terrible ""professional"" plumbers.

I had a toilet overflow with water from my washing machine. I called a local plumber who had sold his business to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Robert arrived to fix my problem. He could not locate my drain plug in my yard. It was going to cost me an extra $200 for him to remove the clog by removing the toilet. I used Ability Plumbing in the past who performed more work for a cheaper price. He proceeded to go to work. He screamed, grunted and yelled profanities as if he was summoning an evil spirit. He tells me that it is fixed. He leaves black sludge splashed down my wall then dumps a bucket full in my yard on the side of my house. My bathroom smells like sewage now and the sludge is still in my yard from November. I am having the same problem that Robert allegedly repaired. I did not get what I paid for.

used Benjamin Franklin once before. Had them come to look at a leak from our bathroom and they fixed the leak but created a hole in our ceiling underneath the bathroom and did nothing to fix it and said it was our responsibility to get it fixed. Preddice discussed by the lack of complete service. Go elsewhere!

I got charged $90 for a service call to look at our water softener. The technician said that they don't work on Kinetico softeners and provided a quote for a replacement system. Kinetico is a pretty common softener brand, would be good to have the schedulers ask that basic question before sending out a tech.
