Benjamin Franklin was a very professional plumbing service. I highly recommend them. After dealing with so many horrible plumbing services down here, I was happy to come across BF Plumbing. They arrived early and fixed my water issue within 20 minutes, along with being very nice, organized, and professional. Will definitely be using them again, and I encourage anyone in need of plumbing services to use them as well!

Everything was backed up. Dan Chauvette came out same day, had to go up on the roof to clear everything,and then went back with a camera to see what type of pipes we had and to see what had caused the problem. Fortunately it was not the pipes, but a baby wipe. Dont do that. Very happy with Dan's professionalism and the work done.

Lisa was our plumber. Very professional and knowledgeable regarding our repair of 2 pressure assist toilets that we wanted repaired vs. replacing. The unfortunate thing was that it took almost a month to complete (hence 4 stars) due to the incorrect parts being sent. Another order was placed for overnight but it took longer to get here. The second order only came with one part so only one toilet got fixed. Another overnight order placed and this time it came the next day with the correct part. Lisa was easy to work with and we would highly recommend her to take care of your plumbing needs.

Dan did a great job installing our new water heater. There was shelving that needed to be removed from the wall, and it made the job more challenging but he did not complain and worked right through it. He also fixed our kitchen sink that had previously been reviewed by two other plumbers and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes.

We have had this company for more than 5 years. The owner recently sold his 3 piece empire and now buyer beware. Had 2 recent appointments that ended with late or canceled techs, confused office staff, and most recently, a 30 minute window PAST the 8 hours we waited. They didn't honor their slogan. If there's a delay, its you we pay. Nope. Not even an apology. Techs are good, they just work for a bad company. Use another company if you value a company that lives up to their clearly posted motto.

I needed help realigning a drain for my bathroom sink. Called and set up the appointment. The technician arrived and all seemed well. What went sour for me was when building an estimate he took it upon himself to tell me I really needed over $10,000 worth of work done to my house. This was all for a water conditioner, softener, and new shutoff to the house. He tried selling me on the fear that my copper pipes are at risk of leaking or bursting from our Florida water being corrosive. I called for a p trap realignment... The work was done correctly, albeit expensive. $410 for 20 mins of work.
