They get a star because the guys that come to our house are always so polite. We had our cast iron pipes replaced in 2018 with a 20 year guarantee. The scope of work was to replace all pipes and drainage. Until recently the house was used for vacation rentals. Having not visited for a year and a half during COVID we were shocked to find mold in our bathrooms and damp under the floors. BF said the leak was from the shower and not the pipes. However, they had not changed the cast iron shower drainage in the shower as they had been tasked to do. To cut a long story short, they seem to work in conjunction with a water mitigation and a leak detection company who are eager for me to start an insurance claim so they can all enjoy the feeding frenzy. The management team has not returned any of my numerous calls to resolve this. They are a disgrace, as is my former property manager, Vacasa, who didn't do anything about the mold since they preferred to collect 25% of the rent rather than actually maintain the property. Avoid both of these like the plague

They fixed the leak in my yard that was at my water meter. The problem was a $4 part that had a crack. The tech left for 1 hour and came back with a pizza in the front seat. The work took him 1 hour at the most. They charged me $592.45. I will never do business with them again.

Don't use this.company. All they want is.more money and want to sell you parts for something they have never inspected. The owner talks a good story but never follows through. He talks about the warranty but I have never seen one warranty... And the manager threatened me the last time I had a problem that if I use another company to actually fix my water treatment then the invisible warranty is no longer binding. Be smart do not use them. All I have asked for three months is to inspect the pump to see why the motor is working but the water is not.going down. Is that too much to ask. Not one time have they come out after owner said they would many times.

I should have come here first - they get a star because they are the best out of the gate. Courteous, quick to respond and ready to get the work done. After that, downhill - all promises and nothing to show for it. The work requested was never completed and yet they managed to find something wrong and get paid for it - challenge is my 85-year-old mom was on site and didn't quite know what needed to be done. They took her money, left no receipt or invoice and told her invoice would follow. Well, that never happened. Called in for the receipt and confirmation that what was requested was actually completed and the lady spoke to me like I was the business and she was the customer. Never heard back, not resolved, so I called again for resolution, they hung up on me while I was on hold, and I still don't know the outcome for a job completed on 5/25/23. My fault, my lesson, hopefully this will help someone else down the road.
