Erratic driving on Emerson rd. Cut me off in traffic & clearly seen me! Deliberately reckless driving in this big company truck. This is not a good look. I'm just trying to get my children to school. Careless mistakes like this cost ppl their lives everyday. This person needs to do better

Update: Office contacted me to resolve issue and come to an agreement. I appreciate that someone reached out. Unfortunately it took to me posting online but regardless, issue has been resolved.

Our water heater began to leak I called the pros at Ben Franklin and they came out on time and resolved our issues. The 1st guy was very knowledgeable and advised what all we needed to bring up to date. We are super happy and highly recommend them top notch all the way.

I paid for a full replumb of my house over $11,000 and the first time I use the washing machine. My whole kitchen flooded because they forgot to connect the drain pipe. I would not recommend this company to anybody beware!

Sillc Smith came to our house on March 2. He was very good and polite. We would highly recommend him again for any plumbing job. Edward and Ella Hamilton Reed

I will never use Ben Franklin plumbing services again. We had a gurgling toilet. I called and an immediate appointment was given. They charged a $79 diagnostic fee, but the technician who came to our residence stated the toilet fill valves and flapper needed to be replaced as well as the toilets. WOW! Well OK, the valves and flapper no problem, but what about diagnosing the actual problem of a sewage blockage. He was more concerned with inflating the service call. We then called a real plumber to actually snake the line with an auger. Again, I am not a plumber, but clearly plumbing 101 teaches individuals a shower that does not drain combined with a gurgling toilet equates to abnormal suction building in the line. Negative pressure buildup is caused by a clog somewhere in the drain closest to the toilet for further down the sewer line. I would have given the service a zero if that had been one of the above choices.

I thought I needed a plumber for my dishwasher and started filling out their online form to schedule an appointment. Just before scheduling, I tried one last fix and it worked so I didn't complete the request. Now I cannot get them to stop calling, texting, and emailing me. I even answered one of the calls and let the girl know I was frustrated with the repeat calls and texts. She had the audacity to argue with me that they only called twice, when I can prove with my caller ID they called multiple times, sent texts, and emails. She literally ARGUED with me and kept rebutting everything I said to her. She couldn't accept the truth and had to have the last word. Even after that call and my request they stop contacting me they still continue to call, text, and email me. It's Saturday morning and right at 8:00 AM their texts and emails were queued up, ready to start this over again. It's only been 36 hours and I've had five phone calls, four emails, and five texts asking me for their business. I don't care how good of a plumber you are, you will never have my business due to the sheer annoyance of your automated system to try to obtain my business and your rude customer service scheduling team.

We called Benjamin Franklin to get a quote on installing a new tub. To their credit, they are very responsive and can come out fairly quickly. That is where the good ends. Our bathroom is currently down to the studs for a renovation and as soon as they entered the bathroom the first words out of their mouth was that we needed a total repipe on the house. They also told us our water heater was the wrong one for the house and it needed to be replaced. Any sane person who just got told they need to drop 10K when they really just wanted to switch out to a non-1980s looking tub would get a second opinion. Our second opinion told us a repipe was not needed and that our water heater is fine. Please note this second opinion was from a reputable company that extended family is very familiar with. I suggest you be wary of Benjamim Franklin.

Angel Sifuentes was sent out for my yearly maintenance. He did a great job explaining what he was checking and even found a small crack that I would have otherwise not have seen. He was incredibly professional and would be happy to have him fix any issues I had.

They came out for an emergency situation. Turns out there was a major problem that required part of my bathroom being removed because of mold. I wish I had not been so upset that day. I signed a contract with them for about $2,000 for maintenance and a couple of other """"member perks."""" My own fault in a way I guess. So, I'm paying every month for the """"punctual plumber."""" That was in November, 2023. It's now August, 2024. On three occasions since November, they could not make it in time even though there was a four hour window. I had to adjust my work schedule, depending on coworkers to pick up the slack. I'm not a happy camper and have no intention of ever recommending them to anyone. In fact, I'll be doing just the opposite. So, in addition to not being punctual, they were basically no-shows, completely disrupting my own schedule.
