Our tankless water heater got a code 11, it was a ignator problem. They came and fixed it within 30 minutes. But they charged $312 for this. To break down: $59 for coming to your house, $117 for diagnosis, and $117 for fixing the problem, plus fees and taxes. When asked why they charged much higher than other plumbers, they said "because we are licensed plumbers". As if other plumbers were not. WILL NEVER USE THEM.
K S.Do not use this company. They're price gougers. They are way too expense, act like they're doing you a favor by cutting the price, but then raise the final price when the job is 'complete'. I say 'complete', because they didn't fix my plumbing problem. And, when I asked them to guarantee their work they were going to charge me another trip charge to come back. Don't waste your time or money.
