We had a serious blocked and damaged sewer line. Anthony, the lead plumber arrived a t 8:15 and called for emergence locators for water, sewer, drainage. cable, and fiber optics. His assistance, Erich, arrive with the excavator and supplies and they got busy setting up. What started out as a cloudy day soon turned to icey rain and the two of them just kept working. They dug a trench 10 to 12 feet long and 3 1/2 to 4 feet deep under a 6 ft privacy fence. Due to the continued rain the mud was horrendous, both were soaked to the bone and coverd in mud. neither complained, they worked for 6 hours in the cold , wind driven rain. the completed the sewer repair and the repair was excellent. Ever more impressive was their work ethic. Thank You Anthony and Erich.

Joined their membership to setup and winterize my swamp cooler. Price for the membership is not bad quality of work is terrible. Had them replace the waterline to the swamp cool instead of them running it straight down the wall and straight to the faucet. They ran it from the top corner of the house to the faucet at an angle. Just called them out to do some work on my swamp cooler. They wanted to charge me $92 for $11 BELT and $500 for $129 set of pads so if you want a plumber that's going to rip you off and do crappy work call Benjamin Franklin, plumbing and heating

Sold customer new disposal installed new disposal 12 months later new disposal fails floods under sink plumber comes back replaces entire disposal with old disposal. That was previously removed. 12 months prior. Slabs a couple of stickers on disposal and leaves no receipt provided plumbing company agrees to return money from purchase of new disposal in short they are a true rip off of a company would never recommend them for any plumbing project whatsoever. Their technicians are actually salesman and have no plumbing experience.

I will never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. We had a hot water heater issue were the pilot light would not stay lit. Simple issue with thermal coupler only one issue is I was out of town for work. My wife was at home with our 4 month old and mother in law. When I called I had the person that answer who was nice to me try to sell me some kind of membership. I told her I would think about it (not). When the plumber arrived before even looking at the unit started saying he was looking at replacements of the hot water heater. After pulling just the inspection panel said that we needed to replace the hot water heater. It was a bullshit visit by this company they just tried to sell us a new over $1500.00 hot water heater not actually give options to fix the actually issue. I told them I don't want them ever to touch my stuff. The told me they would put me on a do not service list like that was a problem for me. They did how ever return the service fee so there is a plus. When I got home it took me 15 minutes and $12.00 to fix the problem that an experienced plumber could not do and charged $80 for (which they returned). I would not suggest using this company for any of your plumbing issues

Yesterday, my day started out by me finding a leak in my crawlspace that seemed to have been going on for a while. I was stressed and needed to find a plumber quickly to resolve this issue. Not only was the customer service at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing the best I had experienced of all the plumbers I called, but they were also able to send help the quickest. The plumber they sent was a man named Pat King. He was friendly, professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I'm grateful that the issue was resolved quickly and correctly. Even though they aren't the cheapest in town, they are the best and I am happy to pay a little more for the job to get done right the first time. I will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

I was immediately impressed that David put booties over his snowy shoes before entering my home. Well even before that I was impressed at the kind and caring ladies I spoke to on the phone while making the appointment. They were careful to follow up with me to let me know the status of their arrival. David was polite and got right to work. He even gave us some hints on what to do the next time we had a clog to save the $ for the service call. That alone makes us want to use this company in the future.

I had them work on water heater the first person advised the gas value needed replaced but it had to be ordered and it was a week before the next person came to work. He did not bring a gas value but a assembly and after working and putting this part in taking 2 to 3 hrs. he advised that the gas value is striped and it will cost another 500.00 to fix it after they ruined my water heater; After another week to week 1/2 with no water heater, the woman I talked with who advised she was the boss if I got the water heater they would put it in and we would walk away. And then I was advised I was not telling the truth by the person adised he was the boss and ask what I was going to pay after talking to the woman boss who said no payment. Came out 3 times to ""fix"" our heater. Then Abby kept hanging up when we called to have them come out for a 4th time. Will never use them again or send them business again. I feel bad for anyone I have referred to them. They left a gas leak going on my heater. Glad we didn't die. Had to have another company come out to fix the issues with the heater that they should have clearly fixed the first time they came out. Not only did they left a gas leak but they left bare wires and the the safety switch just hanging around rather than putting it back. I was even told they would not come back out to fix their horrible job.
